We stopped here in the way back to Chicago, and I have never in my life had an order be so absolutely wrong. Order #474. I asked for a spicy cluck, only cheese bacon ketchup and mustard. What is on the receipt is a mess that makes zero sense. What I got was a chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo. I also asked for a sourdough jack, only ketchup and mustard. Again, what is on the receipt is a hot jumbled mess. What I got was a sourdough jack with mayo and ketchup. Absolutely, and by far, THE worst order experience I have ever had in my life
We haven't even gotten our food yet, but I have to say the gentleman working inside the restaurant was mopping the floor when we pulled up to the window ( they only took mobile orders, probably due to worker shortages) and he took the time to wash his hands before going to prepare our food. I do believe he was the ONLY one working at the time. Our food smells amazing and is HOT AND FRESH. Gtg... time to eat.
This Jack in the Box is terrible. This is the second time I have been disappointed. The 1st time I decided to try this location, the worker turned all the customers away stating that there was no one to work amd they were going to change their hours until someone was available. Today I decided to try 1 more time. After waiting in a long line, I finally get up to the speaker only to be told they were no longer taking drive thru orders in the drive thru, but only honoring online orders. Why not notify before the long wait?
I had originally gone here with my bike and was planning on getting my food inside but the doors were locked at 2pm so i went through the drive through instead and got told to pull up to the window without getting my order taken and was then cussed out before i even got a word in and the woman at drive through had a very bad attitude. I would not reccomend coming here.
I pulled up at like 9:30 on a Wednesday night and they said they only had burgers and fries only. I ordered a sourdough jack and a classic buttery jack combo. They gave me 2 sourdough jacks, one in a buttery jack box, no fries, no drink. The whole staff was fuckin’ around at the window when I pulled up. Triflin
By far one of the worst places you can eat in Saint Louis half the time at night when you show up they either won't take your order or say they're only doing doordash I wish they would make it fully robotics so I can actually get a meal. 10 years ago it was one of the better fast food places you could go to, now not only is the service bad the food is too.
This place is the definition of a joke. Manager is the rudest most ignorant waste of space I ever had the displeasure of meeting. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF AND RESTART DO BETTER jack in the box. Do freaking better.
Ordered breakfast jack was out of ham ask for bacon got just egg sandwich even though I paid for bacon, then ordered 12 tacos which was 6 orders of two got 6 tacos went back threw drive thru told worker he goes 6 tacos I got hun 6×2 is 12 no it's not, yes sir it is oh ur right , finally got my 12 tacos no ranch , no sweet and sour sauce no bacon hmm nope.
I went through the drive thru last week and my order was verbally confirmed back to me by the cashier. When I went to the window I gave a coupon and she screamed at me “you didn’t say nothing about no chicken nuggets when you ordered” and closed the window in my face before I could respond. They gave me a bag and asked me to pull around to the side when I noticed that I was given fries and a Dr Pepper so I thought maybe they got my order mixed up with someone else’s since what I ordered wasn’t in there and I was given and charged for items I did not order. Anyway, I went inside to try to tell them and they immediately started screaming at me for two minutes for “not ordering right” even though everything was repeated back to me. I just left because I was polite and pleasant to them, I didn’t deserve to be screamed at like that, and yes their fries rly do taste like bleach water. I understand jobs can be stressful but if you can’t even take an order and make something up because you forgot the order then scream at someone for wanting to get the food they actually ordered, then pls just find another job boo.
The fact that I can't respond to your response is idiotic. However I did reach out to your complaint before and got no response. I have come to this location and the Kingshighway location multiple times and EVERYTIME the order is messed up (something missing, 10 tacos 3 sauces, closed for 2 hours for whatever, or whole tacos with no meat AT ALL, etc.). You guys don't actually want to do better service, because it's been this way since I was little.
