The Lady taking the Order was rude, the food was subpar will not be eating at the location ever again. After reading through the comments I know I want.
I reviewed this location before and received 5 star service and gave a 5 star review. However there's a new manager. I went inside, ordered my food and when I went to sit down to eat, the manager told me the dining area is closed. Mind you, this is 1:30 in the afternoon . I hate eating in my car and I would not have ordered had I known this. Also she was very rude in delivering the message. Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was hot .
I ordered a taco box it came with about six hairs in it when I return to the store to get a replacement the manager looked at me like it was my fault when I'm clearly not a blonde then she attempted to give me my money back without even asking if I wanted another replacement when I told her I didn't want my money back she then walked away with an attitude harible service then wouldn't even let me order a soft drink a the window she should have been offering my a free one my my inconvenience
The staff were all so friendly and nice. The food was just okay, not bad but not amazing. We're from out of town and always hear about how amazing the food is and it just didn't live up to the hype.

Can you say attitude...... and let me say this I actually like this Jack in the Box I appreciate the service and they food be on point but today I drove up there all I got was attitude and no patience Lord. The lady (manager/ employee ) was rushing me in the Drive-Thru.... no one was behind me and jack in the Box had took something off the menu. I usually get the same thing every time so I had to pick something new..... please work on your attitude and being patient. people don't have to be so selfish and think about their self.Be kind to one another #2022
When they're good they're great, tasty, and 5 star. But unfortunately alot of days they don't have inventory, they abruptly close early, or the service is a little unprofessional...... but I think they are working on that last one.
I go here for the tacos and poppers only....... I know they are short staffed but yesterday I sat at the order box for 4 minutes without an acknowledgement. I said hello two times, blew my horn , even turned my radio up hoping someone would say something. There was a single vehicle in front of me - as I drove away that single car was at the pick up window - so I don't know what the delay was. I would have happily waited if only someone would have said something.
Had a coupon for 2 Buttery Jack combos for $11. Cool. I got for my burger and BAM a small speck of mold. Then I turn the burger on the other side and OMG A HUGE PIECE OF MOLD!!!!
First I ask for tiny tacos and was told they are out next I ask for a milkshake and they say the shake machine was just cleaned. This was a very disappointing trip Jack in The Box use to be my go to place but every time I go now it’s always something. They might as well close this location down it’s a waste of time and space in this location.
