Went to Jack n the Box on Gravois and was not happy with service. I wanted to add something to my order at the window. The female worker shrugs her shoulders and then real fast said no, I can't add on here at window. Then she asked me to wait in the parking lot next lot over. I wait and the gentleman brought my food. I proceed to check my order and I'm missing Tacos. I pull around and tell her they shorted me, she says pull around. So, I do and I asked her for some taco sauce because I have 12 Tacos and no sauce. Then with a loud tone she says well that man should have double checked your bag. I said well either way I still need Taco sauce..
On 6/27/22 around 5:30 to 5:45pm. The young lady taking the order was not listening. We ordered 3 combos with 2 curly fries 1 regular and received 2 regular fries instead. She did fix that issue but with an attitude. We also did not get straws for our drinks, my burger did not have the lettuce and onion, I had ordered and I did not get a receipt for my credit card purchase. She needs to be more attentive with less attitude.
Terrible service and location! Went a few nights ago and they said it was "Doordash only." So misleading! Went out of my way to go there and they can't even take my order. In addition, this location is in a rough area of town. There were multiple homeless people all around just hanging out nearby. A homeless lady was yelling at one of the drive-thru workers, I couldn't even pull through the line. There was also trash all over the parking lot! Really disgusting, glad I didn't get any food. I will never visit this location again!
Very slow drive thru, though it's difficult to judge time of service when the exit of drive thru is right on a very busy street just after a stop light. Not sure if I had to specify cheese on the classic buttery jack but I didn't have it on my sandwich. I will give the place another chance.
Deserve zero stars. Horribly disgusting service, zero regard for the actual food served, and utterly disrespectful in any kind of reputable manner. I will never eat at another Jack In the Box if any manager would let an establishment operate this way. I despise writing negative reviews but this place truly deserves it. I regret spending a dime in such a wretched excuse for a restaurant.
I just got back home and they gave me the wrong order, I still ate the burger but whatever the fries covered in cheese sauce are I don’t want! All I wanted was some mini tacos I’m so disappointed and I don’t want to drive all the way back such a waste of time and money
This isn't the first time we've gotten horrible not even edible food from this particular location at Gravois and Russell. The employees are rude so I should have known the bacon cheeseburger would be like leather. I was starving and girls you know what I mean. I tried but to no avail. I hate to say this but I feel like it was left in the warming tray over night. Horrible oh and if ypur wondering, wonder no more I did report it.
This particular jack in the box is trifling!!! They never want to take orders. Everyday they find a reason to close for a hour or more. They close early. They give out old food. Never fresh. An they have horrible attitudes. They need someone to go in and fire everyone an get this location in order immediately
We just stopped here to get a snack and use the bathroom. Went to the door on the side right next to the parking spots and it was locked. We could see inside like 4 or 5 workers just sitting around. The sign on the door said you have to use the front door after 6pm. It was 2:20 in the afternoon. The workers all got up when we were walking to the front door. Another customer came and was walking upfront with us also. We try to open the door and it’s locked. A girl on the inside is yelling something to us that we couldn’t understand. She finally came and opened the door and told us the lobby is closed because they are doing a shift change. Really…..you guys are all just sitting around. We asked can we at least use the bathroom really quick and they said no. These people all need to be fired. Needless to say we didn’t go through the drive through after that.
Go to a different jack in the box because this one has some very RUDE night shift employees. We just left and I would never suggest anyone going there. I was repeatedly yelled at to speak louder, I was practically screaming and she still couldn't hear me. Then I asked for a moment to find the number combo I wanted to order and she yelled at me to know my order before getting in line or get out. So I did just that. I left and don't regret going to Rally's instead. Too bad I couldn't leave negative stars. I hope you get new staff that actually wants to work and not run off your customers. What a way to run a business!
