Employees were soooo nice. They had to start a fresh pot of coffee and very apologetic about it. Only took a few minutes, but they were so sweet. Lots of smiles. Nice to see such a good fast food crew! Made our day ?

I ordered a sourdpugh melt here a couple of werks ago,and it was very unsatisfactory.The toast used for the sandwich tasted rather old.
Fast and tasty overall there rarely packed and even if they are there fast with making food. A solid place and I would 100% recommend for those in a rush of those wanting overall good food.Not physically obviously.
I had ordered an extreme sausage with an extra sausage patty. When I got home there was only the bun and one single egg on the buns and nothing else. No cheese. No sausage. Pathetic that the only thing the makes the sandwich a sandwich is the sausage and it wasn’t put on the sandwich.

I was waiting in line for 10 minutes in the drive-through, whenever I wanted to get my order done no one was getting their order taken and they were just sitting in their car. Someone went inside to see what was going on while I called the place and people were sitting on their phone and smoking a cigarette instead of doing their job.
Sadly, like many places, this restaurant is experiencing a staff shortage. But MetroBus route number 9 can quickly change all that. The number 9 is the Oakville bus. It connects the Grant's trail with this restaurant.
Just went through the drive thru and it was a horrible experience. Having to sit and wait 30 mins just to get 2 chicken sandwiches a cheese burger and a fry but on top of it watching the 2 ladies working the drive thru eat cookies and other stuff and not wash their hands before handling customers bags on top and of it watching them bag up my order and set it on the counter then leave it sit there for 5 mins before they decide to pick it up and hand it to me we could see them talking about us and looking at us if you don’t like your job find another one the attitude was horrible.
