Given the state of the food service industry I have to say this has been a pleasant experience the last couple of weeks. Despite it being after 9:00 p.m. and the shortage of workers and the abundance of customers I order was made correctly, which I almost always get something specific, it is hot not to mention the fact that the drive-thru lady was very pleasant. Thrilled that there's a Jack in The box still open between work and home. Can't praise your staff enough as a person who has been in the food service industry for 25 years!

Jeez can someone plz buy this location and turn it around we are working class neighborhood working all the time - this place can’t even supply there store with enough ink to make there signs ofHours and mobile orders only no one can seeSo faded and if I can only hire two people work night shift then greedy owners shut it down stopWasting our hard earned time and money hungry after long day wait in line 30 min pay almost ten dollars for food wasn’t right sloppy nasty can’t blame poor souls trying hold it down by their selves! Nothing else around here but McDonald’s and Taco Bell! Forget dq just as iffy yucky - and once in line at bay less location can’t get out - it’s so sad idk why keep trying only when desperately hungry and it’s 9pm and too tired cook - please someone buy this location turn it around

4/1/22 Through the drive-thru ordered two supreme croissants without cheese. Mentioned no cheese when I paid and one man said to the other no cheese. Got home and both had cheese. Fortunately I was able to scrape cheese off. Tried to call several tines to complain but phone never answered. Very disappointed.

Worst experience ever! Im not from an area that has jack in the boxes so I took a chance going here. When I got to the order screen they asked me to wait and I sat there 20 mins. There were cars in front of me so I know they didn't just forget me. They only took my order when they heard me telling the car behind me how long id been there.I get to the front and they charged me for the wrong items. I checked the receipt and they owe me money back but im so far from there its not worth it.

While not always out of material like the kingshighway location, this resturant seems to be online only. The employees dont seem to care and take an exceptionally long time. I know its fast food. I just want to be able to pull into a drive thru in st louis and order some tacos for my gf. In order to get food here, i had to download the app which only partially worked and this ended up taking as long as a sit down resturant. For a fast food joint. I am not some tech illeterate boomer, I just dont know why I need an app to get jack in the box food at a particular location. Why should I have to wait a half hour and download an app for jack in the box tacos. Should I have been prepared and known that this location is online only? Maybe, but if so this location should just put out a sign that is clearly visible that says so.

Absolute worst fast food place in South county. This place is so filthy you can see roaches running across the floor from the counter. This is the 2nd time I've gone here only to be told they are out of the item or you can only order on line. It's disgusting !!! Never again.

I ordered "on-line" after sitting in restaurant for 20 minutes trying to re-coup my password on the Jack in the Box ridiculous, not user friendly website. Once my food was ordered, ( I used the customization to delete sauces) and 10 minutes later, my food comes out. I went home and the sandwiches had ALL of the sauces on them as I distinctly stated to remove them right in front of the counter person because I had never done that before. The Manager (I guess that who she was) just.stood around the Taco fryer and was "0" help. Thank the good Lord there is McDonald's, Burger King, and White Castle, within a block. JITB, you use to be so good for many years and now,even though the others are sub-par, we will choose them over this location.

There were maybe 3 people ahead of me, in the drive thru, around 9 pm. After a good 15 minutes I got to the speaker to order food. Some boy got on the mic and made sure anyone knew he was annoyed to take orders. I ignored his ignorance and went ahead with my order. Then I could hear this kid taking other people's orders behind me, sounding more disrespectful than he talked to me even. About 30-40 minutes later I get to the window and this little wankster goes to hand me my bag with his hands covering the bottom. So naturally I avoid contact and grab from the top with both hands, not knowing how heavy the bag was. Then he lets it go, and the bag just rips apart in my hands and falls on me. Luckily I was quick enough to prevent a major disaster. He then says oh I should've told you to grab it from the bottom. So I'm ready to go off on this punk but I kept my cool and went to go before the rest of my order was quickly handed to me. Needless to say the order wasn't right either. Probably the worst drive thru experience I had.

Got at this location at 9:36 PM and sat in line until 10:03 PM with the line never moving. I can see the inside and there are four staff members that are kids just sitting there in the dining room having a good time instead of working. I will never go to this location again as it should not take 30 minutes and still not take one person’s order in line.

Sour attitudes when theres long lines dont want to deal with it dont get the job ill be sure to report him i could of cooked everything 0n the menu twice for as long as i waited for the person to get their order in front of me and calling this number dont work
