Went here to get breakfast on a week day, online it said they opened at 6am so I figured going there at 8am shouldn’t be a problem. I showed up and sat at the order speaker and didn’t hear anything, even though it looked like they were open. I waited a bit trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I use to work in fast food and know how hard it is when you’re understaffed. I waited about 10 mins and heard nothing. So I pulled up to the window and let the guy know I had been waiting and that his speaker might not be working. He says “yea, I just got here, there’s only been one other guy here. We’re still opening up, you can come back later.” It’s 2 hrs later since you’ve opened and there’s only been one guys scheduled for those first 2 hours? No wonder no one wants to work here. And it’s two hours later and you guys aren’t even ready for your open yet? I’ve been to this Jack in the Box and I know it’s not perfect, but I mean people were at least talking to me when I would come before.
If you want a cold, dry and burnt burger with cold hard fries, this is your place! It all went in the trash. I pretty much paid $10 for a drink, which they forgot the straw for. Avoid this place.
Just went thru the drive thru. horrible service, person at the speaker had an attitude the whole time and gave me disrespectful remarks. And in the back ground heard a guy just complaining because he had another order. Overall won’t be coming back. Such a disappointment!
I have ordered a burger with no tomatoes and extra mayonnaise twice in consecutive weeks. Wouldn’t you know that I got tomatoes and the tiniest bit of mayonnaise on both occasions. I’m wondering if the cooks actually read the grill slip
They said they can't cook tacos because they're understaffed. Yet they can deep fry French fries!!!
Went thru the drive thru at 6:15pm on Sunday 2/6/22 and was greeted by a mumble, my husband said just a minute (looking at menu) then was greeted with another mumble. He ordered mini tacos and an egg roll and then yet another fast talking mumble which no one in the car could understand from this very fast talking girl. He said pardon me and got a really smart a$$ reply and a rude answer and then she began to talk very disrespectfully saying with overly dramatic pauses “ they only had burgers “ need to teach your employees some respect and manners, we were all shocked by her behavior!!!
Little slow on the food, but considering the circumstances of no one wanting to work. I guess understandable. Egg rolls are always the bomb, and this one actually has good tacos with fresh shells
Was called bro when ordering my food, then the food was basically thrown at me and never once did i hear decent customer service. This used to be my favorite place to go and best fast food chain around but lately I have received horrible tasting food as if it was burnt and horrible customer service. What a shame.
Three egg rolls $5.xx..avocado dip. Pleasant....vital to me!
It seems like this location has come around for the better on service and quality of food too. I believe that this Tesson Ferry Jack will be making a come back for their company like the High Ridge location.Tacos at 8am, yes please!
