This is the WORST jack n the box to go to, they literally ALWAYS closed especially during lunch hour only open for "grubhub and doordash" which makes NO sense considering they still got to make peoples food and hand it out a window. This store is losing this business money. Some workers are nice some are rude and seem to careless about resolving issues with unhappy customers.
The wait time would maybe been a bit less if there were actual workers who did not leave there station to smoke weed with their friends right out the back door. I ended up leaving at that point but was stuck between cars for probably 25 minutes until the person behind me decided to leave also. I stayed for about 10 minutes after the person behind me left and watched multiple people at the speaker box drive away. The last straw was when two girls walked up to the back door and employees were out there with them smoking a pretty big blunt. Do what ya do, just don't do it at work.
I arrived here 2 hours before closing time. All the lights were on, including the drive-thru. When I pulled up, no one greeted me until I called out. The woman said they were closed. There were other cars behind me. I can understand a fast food place needed to close early due to staffing, but at least turn off the light of the drive-thru menu board so people will know you are closed. Even when I had to pass there an hour later, they still had all the lights on looking like they were open and people where still pulling in.
I’ve only been twice, but definitely won’t return again. I wanted to give them another chance except both times my simple order of 3 items has been wrong. The food came out cold. They can’t hear over the speaker. I was asked to pull my car to the door each time (along with everyone else) the outside of the store is very dirty and looks run down. Anyone reading please STAY AWAY
12:55pm on Saturday 3/5. I drove through the Jack in the Box hoping just to buy a soda because it's warm and I'm thirsty. I was greeted at the voicebox by a person who said "we are closed for the next 30 minutes". No explanation, no apology. This has happened twice and I assure you I will not try to use this store again. If they don't want to serve customers they might as well shut the doors and sell it to someone who does.
Stopped by yesterday and had the best ultimate cheese burger no mayo I've had in a while very good customer service I tilt my hat to the cooks I guarantee you if you keep up that kind of customer service your going to go far, thank you for taking out the time to make sure my experience was great.
Long wait at drive thru. There were only 2 people working the store. And they got th he ord er r wrong even after verifying what they'd put in the bag. I hope someone else enjoyed my Patty melt.
I couldn't get waited on. I stood at the counter to order, but after 10 minutes, I gave up and left. People that had already ordered we're waiting for their food. I don't recall seeing anyone get any good while I was there. They never even acknowledged me. One person did come to the register, but he just typed a few things, then turned around and walked away. They were not busy.
Jack restaurant closed and no signs to inform customers. Drive through window had wooden stick blocking the window and part of the ceiling had fallen down.Pray employees not injured!
Ordered 20 tacos no lettuce. Told them several times, even had a manager repeat it back that there would be no lettuce. Order a few more items. Only got the tacos....with lettuce on them. My husband had to go inside and have them fix the tacos and get the rest of our order. Pure chaos. We will never return to this location.
