I ordered 2 shakes 1 chocolate 1 vanilla. I received 1 chocolate 1 strawberry. I had 3 drinks would not put them in carrier was handed soda first. Placed it safe place both shakes handed to me the only way to take them was by grabbing the top the strawberry shake lid popped off spilling shake all overMe my phone my lap and my car I had to figure out how to set the other shake down without making a bigger mess took me a minute I did it . The employee opened the window wow did the lid come off. Yes it was not on properly. I was not offered a new one I barely got napkins to clean up the mess

This place functions incredibly well for how hard times are right now. They deserve better than they have it. No other fast food restaurant in the area operatesadequatelyanymore. Corporate owes a huge thank you to this team. They put up with a lot. And after comparing my experiences here with others (e.g. granite city Madison ave), they're extremely helpful to the Corp. Customers are very unhappy with fast food in general right now. They've maintained much higher standards than almost anywhere else. They're earning their place.

Absolutely atrocious service. It's after midnight and hardly any customers but we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and not one customer was served. Fire everyone and shut the place down.

I love Jack's taco. Had 10. No sauce.Freshly made when you order it. Very accomplished establishment.

Waited in drive through for 15 minutes with only one other car in line. Gave up and went inside. Stood at counter with no help. 4 employees not doing much. One word description… ghetto

Got 4 tacos and an orange drink. They were the best tacos I HV even eaten yet. Anywhere you order in Illinois their flat, overcooked, too hard to chew. These were hot, cheese was melted, outer crust had a nice crunch to it. They were full tacos. One thing would change would HV been the window girl. She was terribly rude.

Another Dash expirence where the food wasn't ready when I arrived and a line of people were waiting for their Dash order to be ready. Although there was a lobby full a people the MOD decides to do a bank run instead of helping make food and get orders completed. Very slow location.

At the Lilac/270 location...The food was decent, the spicy chicken sandwich was enjoyable. The fries were cold though. Now let's mention the customer service... had I only thought of that the rating would have been 1 star. I entered the establishment looked around realized I was the only LOBBY patron, walked to the register while eyes locked with the person who Finally (a couple of minutes passed) appeared and asked "what you need?" No name tag, no hair net to cover the red braids cascading down her back to her backside. I had to request my receipt so I could claim my meal upon return. Did my transaction at the connected gas station and returned to discover my drink sat beside the register I placed my order. I watched from my seated position as the cashier/expeditor placed my order in the bag. She finally opened her mouth to say"your order" and she threw a straw in the bag and pushed the bag and drink in my direction. I thanked her as she said nothing in return and returned to her expedition post.I'm always perplexed by individuals who report to work and treat their patrons like they are doing them a favor by being there. Unfortunately POOR Customer Service has been the downfall of many many businesses since 2019. That particular location may only be different because they are connected to another facility of use to customers. I hadn't patronized a JIB in about 5 years and the probability of returning just isn't there in accordance to today's visit. I'm rarely in that neighborhood and certainly WILL NOT drive out my way to repeat the experience. With all that being stated I do understand everyone is entitled to "having a bad day"; however, patrons should not be exposed to negative encounters after all, they do have options and plenty of them now. I understand why the neighboring restaurant had a full drive-thru and this location only had 2 cars in their drive-thru during my brief visit.

Rude drive-thru workers that interrupt you, Always get something wrong & Now we have food poisoning. We got a Chicken tater melt (I paid for extra cheese sauce, they gave me none), a stacked grilled cheese burger, loaded fries and mini churos.Ate around 7pm, were both violently sick around 2-230AM. Been up for about 6 hours with horrible pain and my fiance had to call off work.Never again.

Ordered the taco combo. The fries were ice cold, had to throw them away, the tacos didn’t have the seasoning they used to have, and they had that really cheap stringy cheese. This place is horrible, will never eat there again.
