Who can say no to cookies? ?We were in the neighborhood for a week and had to check this place out. Definitely a nice place to stop if you have a minute. The serving area is small, so they request extra customers wait their turn to come inside. We kinda expected more cookie options, but the cookies are delivered warm and gooey with just a smidge of perfect crisp at some of the edges. ??
My husband and I stopped by tonight for some dessert after the Dude Perfect That's Happy summer tour show and our girl T was an ABSOLUTE HOMIE and blessed us with free ice cream cookie sandwiches since it was our first time trying Insomnia Cookies! We were first BAFFLED BOGGLED and nothing less than BAMBOOZLED but Boy Howdy did T not disappoint us with her glorious presentation of our cookie ice cream sandwiches. The cookies were warm. The ice cream decadent. The boxes beautiful. We have never been more impressed with a cookie ice cream sandwich in our lives. We give this place 10/10, two thumbs up, and an easy 5 stars ??
The cookies were good but the service at this location was HORRIBLE! The girl at the counter had a really bad attitude and spoke so fast that we couldn't understand her. She seemed annoyed at the fact that we were having a hard time trying to figure out what she was saying. Never again will we visit this location.
This was the first experience my family and I have had at insomnia cookies! Taryn was fantastic and very helpful, since this was our first time she walked us through the ordering process and also let us know what her favorite cookie was! I can’t say enough about her service and the flavor of the cookies!! Highly recommended from my family to yours!
Absolutely horrible service. Doesn't answer the phone. Tells customers they are "busy" and can't deliver their order? We are LITERALLY at a hotel 4 MINUTES AWAY. I ordered over an hour ago and still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Now it's way too late to even think about ordering my sons birthday dessert from anywhere else. Do better people, do better.
Taren at Insomnia Cookies on Washington Ave. in St Louis was super friendly, helpful & has a great smile! The cookies are warm, tasty & hit the spot on a cold Monday night! So glad they are open late for our families Spring Break cookie craving. ??

AMAZING treats with an equally AMAZING woman who assisted my daughters and I during our visit! As it was our first time there, she was nothing but patient and helpful—not to mention her absolutely lovely and pleasant vibe!

In the dead of night, with a windchill biting at your back, allow yourself a moment to take respite in this portal to another realm of experience. Allow your self to bask in the why it was worth the walk that took you through such elements. As you take that first bite, recognize that we never had any power over such sweet treats! You'll be back -- so will I.
I come into town once a month for work and this is my first stop. The cookies were hot and fresh. My service was also delightful and extremely professional by Jennifer Jones. Although they sold out of my favorite cookies, Jennifer was able to recommended the next best choice. Such a rockstar!!!
