Pizza flavor was great delivery driver was very friendly but still gets a 3 star cause it was cold upon delivery and the thin crust was soggy instead of crispy
The customer service is exceptional here. They were pleasant taking my order over the phone, and the second I walked in, the gentleman brought my pizza towards the counter, asking if I was "Mr. Austin." They've created a fan for life! Oh, and the pizza is pretty damn good too.
I order here a lotmost times my order is excellentthe past three times my orders sucked.Today I got a extra large pizza an order of sweet and tangy wings an order of toasted raviolis a salad with baked spaghetti and two meatballs however my toasted raviolis look old and dehydrated and had no flavor .my baked spaghetti had almost no pasta just cheese baked over a little bit of pasta.the meatballs taste spoiledI couldn't eat my spaghettithe meatballs tasted spoil and I did not want to risk getting sicklast time I ordered there I had 24 wings 12 sweet and tangy and 12 plain wings and I said cook them well done but my wings were still almost raw.this time I called the manager and let him know that the quality was changing & he offered a solotion so I'm grateful that's why I gave a three-star instead of a 2 star because the manager is great and most of the past 3 years I've been eating there my food was great but just the past few times I had a bad experience
12 June 2022This is most beautiful sandwich...I love good looking food. Lettuce and tomato are just fresh bread is warm and best of all had to order extra meat but what ever it cost it was worth it. Please people if U want a good good sandwich try Imo's hot turkey club. I promise U its good!!!!!!
Just placed a delivery order here, because it's Mother's Day and mom was craving Imo's. I was glad to see I could order somewhere other than Gravois & Arsenal location, because when we've ordered there in the past, it was horrendous. I'm so happy we've found this location!! They were fast, and the pizza was perfect!! Thanks for making my mom's day, Imo's on 4th!! She's not had it in a few years, but we'll be ordering again, now that we've found good delivery!
So thr XxL all meat pizza is awesome , they always give you extra parasam cheese and peppers ? ?, they also have the crispy ? chicken club is so good never knew they have one .

So...I'm not sure what to say this is? It was supposed to be a Cheese and Supreme pizza and this is what we got ?♂️. Very disappointing ?
I got the All Meat Pizza no one makes it better. It's by far my favorite pizza. I like alot of their other menu items also like the Toasted Raviolis and Garlic Cheese bread. The Spaghetti is really good also and their Salads.
