Just ordered a roast beef sandwich. The bread is burnt and they didn't send Au Jus. I really used to enjoy ordering from there but it seems like my food is always messed up now. Which I unfortunate because my kids really like pepperoni pizza..
I usually have great food and service here. Today Monday the 9th of May I had horrible food . I asked for a delivery of chicken wings and a salad. I specifically told them extra well done wings , when I opened them they were pink and not cooked all the way. Called and they basically called me a liar and said if I wanted my money back I had to go there. I even said I would take another order well done and they could have these. They were in the background thinking I was lying and if I wanted my money I would have to bring them there I did and they took one look and gave me my money back. They knew they were wrong.
Don't order from this place if your expecting a timely order! When I placed my order it said ready in 20 minutes. Note the order is only for 2 pizzas. Well, 45 minutes later and I'm still waiting.... and so are my hungry guests...
Ordered pizza and ravioli special. Was told to pick up in 40 min. I got there early, in about 30 min. Pizza was already done and in heater. Went home to eat and pizza crust was hard and tough, as was raviolis outer crust. Very disappointed. Will not buy from this location again
Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches with extra cheese and extra pepperocini when I got my food one had barely any meat and the other had no pepperocini on it, I called and was told they’d replace both but when I got there they barely replaced one sandwich and pretty much told me to go F myself on the other one… it’s sad because I order here all the time and have never even complained about it any other time… they should not have told me they’d replace both if they had no intention on doing so… I will not be going to this location anymore, I will be going to the Lemay location from now on!! Quit lying to your customers and man up!
They mess up me and my girlfriends food and they said they would replace it the next day and the same manage that my girlfriend talk to the night before lied when she brought the food back up there with repiect and only fix one of items so dont eat there if u do amd they mess up ur order dont except to be fixed or any time of customer service
Imos is imos. If it's ever not good theyll shut that location down. Gotta love it

The food was ok. Not what I remember when living in St. Louis. The salad was ok the toasted raviolis were not hot. We ordered in the store and ate there also.
I guess boundaries changed recently because this store just recently has been delivering to me and I’m thrilled!I’m not sure what it is (this location is actually a little farther than the other) but they’re quicker. Food is always fresher and better qualityStaff is 10x friendlier. I had 1 issue once and the manager was so nice and made it right immediately and even upped my size of pizza. It was impossible to even be upset.The drivers are always happy and Freindly!Other locations should take lessons
