The host/waitress was rude. I would understand if it was busy but we were the only ones in the whole restaurant that afternoon. We didn't see a worker or get sat for 10 minutes. Food was okay though
IHOP. Chain restaurant that has consistently good food. You know what you are getting when you decide to go.Our server, who was the only person in sight, was fast, efficient and friendly. This can actually be harder to do when it's slow than when it's busy so I really appreciated it.Restaurant itself was clean and typical setup of IHOP.
Good food as usual. Parking was terrible as they were repaying the lot & had the back portion blocked off. They also are still doing social distancing seating as they are very understaffed & Kesha said they'd rather provide better service than have people waiting too long to order & get cold food.
Oh my goodness have prices gone up! We were here for breakfast for two and spent nearly $40. The food was what you expect from IHOP - sweet, well-made, served hot and with attention to your coffee and syrups and how you're enjoying the meal. I think the pricing is good if you're taking kids who would eat free but otherwise price increases mean that for an entree and beverage you're spending $14-$18 per person.
Friendly wait stay. Good, hot food. But restaurant could use some deep cleaning. The windows were dirty and the doors needed to be washed and the staff and manager were sitting around doing nothing.
My fiancé and I always enjoy our meal here. We’ve never experienced any issues at this location. I see a lot of bad reviews but we haven’t encountered that. Our favorite server is awesome her name is Kesha. She is always very attentive and pays attention to her customers making sure they are good.
Terrible experience.. First it was said to be a 20 min wait because there was 5 to go orders waiting however it was only 3 people sitting down. Then they wanted us to sit out in the hall and wouldn't seat us at a table. Once they figured we weren't leaving then they tried to put us near everyone and we wanted to sit away from everyone due to covid. They made us pay for drinks that were terrible. When we explained that the machine needed to be changed and needed new drinks and those drinks were terrible as well, the server said she couldn't do it right now and it would be a while before she could!! So I asked for the drinks to be taken off and that was a problem. Everytime we asked for an add on to the order it was well that's going to be a while.... Not to mention it was only LITERALLY 1 SERVER!! It was a very uncomfortable experience and it was definitely not worth what my family paid for. ?
Great!! It was my first time trying this place. I like the ambiance and the menu have lots of options. Breakfast was delicious. The young waitress is very professional, friendly, respectful, and fast. (Unfortunately, I didn't have her name)
Bad weather. Seems most of the city is shut down and very few restaurants open. Heather was wanting to close in about 10 minutes, but stayed open for us and a couple of other tables even though she had been there all day. She was very friendly and the food was delicious. Nice there are still places and people like this. Highly recommend this location!
The menu has been cut like most due to covid, none of the food we had was very good at all. Edible at best. Our waitress was amazing though.
