Horrible experience. We got here and there was 2 tables and 3 servers all huddled around the register and ignored us and then eventually told us to sit wherever. Then we sat for about 10 minutes before we got menus. Then about 30 before we got to order. We got the wrong order brought out to us and the lady was very rude. Then they brought our correct order out in Togo boxes and the food was cold. We weren't given silverware nor were we given and syrup for our pancakes. We never saw our server again after bringing our order out. Completely unsatisfied. I won't be coming back.

The food was good, but the bill was not. When we received our bill there was a $5.00 charge with no explanation of what it was. Come to find out after 9pm they simply add $5.00 to everyone's bill and neglect to inform you of this charge until you ask them what it is for. They also added an automatic 15% gratuity to our bill even tho we only had a party of two. I would have tipped 20% because the service we received was exceptional but forcing me to pay 15% on such a small party and removing the ability for me to decide how much of a tip the waiter/waitress deserves based on the service they provided .... and after you already charged me $5 for no reason at all??? Seriously? I asked what exactly the $5 was for and they told me that it's just something they do. I tried asking someone else, another worker, and they told me "I don't know". My opinion is that after 9pm I would simply go to a different IHOP or different restaurant altogether so that you do not end up with unexplainable and unwanted charges on your bill without warning.

It was pretty late when we arrived.First thing I smelled was weed. The food and service was average but the water tasted like it came straight out the toilet bowl or sewage. So if you don't plan on drinking water this might be ok for you.

Although it was a bit small for an IHop, the crew there handled it very well. We had a bit of a wait due to eight people in our party and it being Saturday morning, but it was a reasonable wait. Our waitress was excellent and the food was delicious. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated for a party of one during the week at 11 am. Service was slow. Waitress was absent once I received my meal. Left my drink empty almost my whole meal untill I finally seen her. Had to ask her to refill my drink even after she seen it was empty on 3 different occasions while looking directly at it.

This was my first time in I hop in Clayton. The food was very good, fresh and tasty. My server was Betty b, she was very pleasant, and might I add fast for her age. The young people don't have anything on her, good job BETTY BOOP?

We waited 30 minutes before asking the busboy to grab the waiter, who took our order 10min later. We ordered water and two stacks of pancakes, never got the water, and walked out 20min later. There were 5 total tables in the restaurant the entire time we were there.

The orange juice tastes weird in St Louis. Not a problem caused by IHOP, as the OJ we got from a grocery store also tasted weird. We went here on Easter Sunday because we were from out of town for a funeral. Our waitress was extremely busy and overworked. Yet she still provided our family with great service. The food was all good, just as we ordered.

Wonderful experience & service!! All the way from California for the weekend!

Relatively small IHOP with a loyal patronage & hard working staff.  The park around the restaurant is also tight.  However, the quality of the food is top notch. We ordered the Chicken Fajita with sour cream, salsa, wheat toast, jelly & coffee & the Country Fried Steak & Eggs (over even) with gravy, hash browns, & pancakes.
