My Food was refunded tho.. thanks ?JUST in general: Pancake ? were more like grill cheese heavy..Turkey links SUCK, in my opinion plenty of Local Food Distributors and companies that have better turkey sausage than that. They should be cooked sliced open.Kinda raw. No flavor .Bread Co. Is where I was headed I won't derail next time.
I WILL Never eat at this establishment ever!! My sisters and I had just got there and were waiting to be seating and an older blond lady told the lady that was taking names and seating "whites only"?? the woman taking the names was just as shocked as we were. I have never been so hurt in my life ? denied breakfast on a Sunday just because of my skin color thats not okay. We left right after that comment was made. Something needs to be done ASAP!!
Went there yesterday with my daughter and grandson. Place didn't look very clean and we started to change our minds but stayed. Should've left. My daughter ordered a burger without mayonnaise and the sandwich came with some kind of tarter sauce looking condiment on it. She had to scrape it off and the cheese had onions and green peppers melted in the cheese which she didn't want so she had to scrape that off too. I ordered some kind of turkey bacon club sandwich but it was suppose to have avocado and something else on it. This was the weirdest sandwich I have ever seen. The turkey looked like it was boiled and then cut up into slightly chunky portions and added to the sandwich. This is suppose to be a club sandwich with nice sliced turkey and thick bacon (which was paper thin). I think it was suppose to be a Cali club but there was no avocado on the sandwich at all and the bread was terrible also.Our waitress kept talking over us and rushing at the same time. My daughter ordered a Pepsi and apple juice for my grandson. It never came to the table. We were through picking through our food by the time the waitress came back and we told her we never received the drinks. By that time we were ready to go and never come back again. Worst meal at a restaurant that I've had in a long time. Will never, ever go back.
THE AMAZING LAMAAR WAS JUST THAT…. AMAZING!!! The service was superb, I was in town with some friends last January for the wwe royal rumble and we were looking for a quick bite. Next time I’m in st Louis I definitely have to come back here!
Sad to say . But we ordered kids 1 hamburger meal and pancake. The pancake 1 was perfect. All but the burger. We order it with just ketchup . They give us a bacon cheese on a bun.
This is a newer IHoP location so it's has a more contemporary flair (and no sticky floor!). The food was pretty typical for an IHoP,.and it came out pretty fast. The staff, however, was incredibly friendly from greeting us at the door to tabelsise service. If you dine in, make sure to ask for the Amazing Lamar (ask for him by name!) Because you will have a great time!
Our pickup order was already missing hash browns and sausage. There is no point in calling to complain because there is no way to fix or reconcile hair in your food.
I ordered a dine out meal. The food was cooked to perfection and the incidentals were appropriate for our order, 2 breakfast meals. I had ordered curbside, but had to go inside, my only complaint.
Horrible. Waited 40 minutes for anyone to even come to our table to even ask what kind of drinks we wanted. No they were not busy. Finally a host took our drink order but then the manager took it again 20 minutes later. It took over an hour to get our order taken and receive our food. Our server didn't even address us until after we received our food. I will not go there again. You would think they would give some type of discount for all that but nope. So guess who didn't tip. Yep me. It was literally the worst. If I could give 0 stars I would. Our server didn't even give us a refill once our cups was empty.
our server lamarr made this experience so worth it! truly lives up to his title of “amazing!” the best, most attentive server i’ve ever had. i cannot recommend this location enough solely on the amazing customer service we received ?
