The absolute best Chinese! Delivery is quick. Food is hot and fresh. Cash only, but it's worth it.
I’ve loved house of Chen forever. They have great food, great service, and great prices. In my 20 years of going there, I’ve never had bad service or bad food. I think people are mistaking being busy/in a rush with the owners being rude. Definitely give this place an open minded try!!
Paid $50 for 3 people, kinda absurd. That would have been fine, had the food been good. It just wasn't. Crab Rangoon should've been called cream cheese in a stale chip. Overall, the taste was mediocre, but I also got to spend the rest of the evening glued to the toilet as it went straight through me (never had any issue with any Chinese before). Cash only is annoying, and they didn't give me a receipt. Don't go here.
Cheap and very filling portions of Chinese food with fresh ingredients. Not amazing food but the taste is decent and you will be very full.
I had to call 3 times because both the man and the lady were very rude i said i had 2 orders she was rushing me took only one and hung up i called back the man hung up i finally got my orders in i go up there they are only cash my chicken was very bland my rice was very light and unseasoned nothing like the pictures i asked for my receipt 3 times and she was rude as if she didnt want to do it i checked my bags realized half of my order was missing i told her she asks to see the receipt she didnt want to give me in the first place and proceeds to give me the rest of my order will not be returning ☹️
Went here, there was nobody there eating and the guy behind the counter was rude to the point that I think he was actively trying to get me to leave without bothering him. There was no dine in (no signs said this, he just said no), they were out of/didn't have the first few things I asked for to go - he recommended fried rice (probably because they already had some cooked). Sorry, if all you have is leftover fried rice, I'm not ordering that. Apparently it is cash only (again, no signs), or at least that's the last thing I asked him before I walked out. I would give this place 0 stars if that were possible, avoid avoid avoid.
So this is food from recently and it taste pretty good per usual. This place only accepts cash. They are more expensive & lack good customer service. I was trying to order good and the guy cut me off more than once until I decided to go with another place. The competitions food needs to be doctored up but they are friendly and the food is on packaged so well it stays hot for long periods of time. I could not deal with the disrespect. It's not just over the phone but in person as well. For the horrible customer service you'd think the process matched but lo mean & hot braised chicken was 25$!!! It's probably 12 elsewhere with nicer people taking your orders. They are purely still in business off taste alone. The lady was nicer but you could tell she wasn't the friendliest either. I random man came in complaining about his order & pricing to me & she just rolled her eyes. This was last week. I'll eat it again for the taste but that's only when they're 75 percent rude instead of the usual 100%! Trust me they do not care! They were the only place open when the entire area was shut down due to a blizzard. I was looking to shop at the beauty supply next door but I wasn't surprised. Rude & u professional behavior causes a need to be opened during hazardous times.
This place has ABSOLUTELY AMAZING food. And the people are very friendly.
The wonton soup was great! The lo mein noodles tasted freshly made.
We ordered some wontons and was unhappy with them as well as their Hot braised chicken. The Wontons barely had any meat in them which was a waste of money, and our Hot Braised chicken was dry and soggy. Will not return!!!
