Never got to try the cookies. Sign posted that they're no longer accepting cash (which, if anyone cared to enforce it, I'm pretty sure is illegal) and when I tried to pay by tap (phone), I was told that was broke. Meanwhile, three employees stood in the back yelling at the employee at the register (new guy?) that he was doing things wrong.If you get past the horrid service and payment hoops, I hope the cookies are delectable.
Was interested in getting some cookies and looked up this place. Seemed like a good place ordered about 6 snickerdoodles and the funny thing is that they weren’t even hot lol. Cookie was more solid than chewy for being a snickerdoodle like it had been out and solidified a bit. Thems the breaks. Maybe next time
Good cookies. Great combination of different flavors. You receive your cookies warm as if they were straight out of the oven.
Big shout out to my new friend, Eli, at the CWE location. He was helping out at the Creve Coeur location today and was working by himself. He repeatedly apologized for the “chaos”, but still managed to remain calm and be super friendly! I had such an enjoyable conversation with him while he worked on my order. Would have given 5 stars but the person behind thr counter....eh....customer service was not that great. I couldn't understand her, she seemed aggravated that we were there and wanted to place an order.However - the cookies were perfect. We had a variety - turtle (my favorite) reeses, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisen. Soft and warm and a great treat.Only recommendation- I got 6 cookies and she squished them into a box that was not made for 6 cookies. So that was disappointing. Squished cookies. Ugh.
I'm a baker but I don't bake as much as I used to. So my go-to when I'm craving a homemade cookie is HotBox cookies. The cookies are always hot soft and fresh and the Staffing is usually upbeat and chipper. I wish they were open until 1 a.m. for us late-night Snackers. But, oh well... A girl can dream!
Ordered cookies at 8:26 - estimated delivery was 9:26 - the tracker showed no movement until it all of sudden showed delivered.My card was charged - the cookies were not delivered - the ring camera shows no one stepping up to my house tonight to deliver them and I got no notification of delivery. Really Disappointing that I can’t get anyone on the phone to inquire about the order either.
The cookies are warm and tasty. That’s all you can ask for. There could be more variety in ice cream flavors and the cookies could be a little less price wise but generally it’s what you expect.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order Saturday night and after 2 hours of waiting got a text they were being delivered. 30 minutes later I got a text saying they were left outside - no call. They weren’t there, and the guy said he still had them and had run to CVS and would bring them back. We tried contacting AGAIN and he had blocked our number. When I called I was told I would receive a refund and it never occurred and I never heard anything back. No email or link was sent for me to try and get a new order or get my money back. Out $25 and some crazy delivery driver ate my cookies.
