M experience was the worst. Bad from the start. Girls rather be socializing with each other or on their phones. Not once did I see a manager walking the floor. Really? I will never recommend this location to anyone for the service nor the products of of quality. They are very unprofessional and should close… My star rating would be a -10

Worst service imaginable. Place was nearly empty, so I ordered 8 boneless wings and a glass of sweet tea. The tea came right away, but the wings NEVER SHOWED. The waitress came by after about 30 minutes and said “Your wings will be right out”, then 10 minutes later sat down 2 tables away where evidently her boyfriend was sitting, who, incidentally had been carrying on loud cell phone conversations, giving the same sales pitch to at least a half-dozen different people. She never moved from that spot. After about an hour, I put a fiver on the table to cover the tea, and left. Never go there again.

I had been ordering from "Hooties Bait and Tackle" thinking it was an actual place. Placed a large order for a bunch of us as a nice thank you everyone that has helped me. I've ordered before, including crab legs, and it was always good. This store fulfilled my order this time. I had no idea that it was HOOTERS fulfilling it. I cannot even believe you let this order leave the store. I asked for no seasoning and the crab came COATED in some kind of super spicy powder, no butter, and the salad looked like it had been sitting in the container for a week. Friends burger was undercooked, and another friends onion rings were stone cold and stale...not Uber eats fault...they got here in 7 minutes after pickup. Gross. I really don't like to complain and I REALLY hate having to go through Uber eats to get a refund when it could be handled on a store level. I couldn't eat anything I ordered.

I ordered from Hooters for the first time since covid hit. I got a chicken sandwich and fries.... when i got back to my office with my to-go food, the chicken smelled GREAT but when i opened the container, the fries were WHITE As a ghost and barely cooked at all..... So i called, asked to speak with the manager. a woman got on the phone and asked how she could help me. i explained to her about the fries and how dissatisfied i was and all she said was...."Geee, sorry aobut that. this is not my store but ill make sure the next manager knows". and that was it. no, 'can i replace the fries for you' , and no form of compensation or compassion other than GEEE, sorry about that. Dont order to-go food from here and if you do, chek it before you leave to make sure its all cooked!

Had some time between appointments and decided to spend the time in here while getting some food. Food came quick and hot. Waitress was very nice and attentive even during the lunch rush. Had Traditional Breaded Bone-In Wings with 3-Mile Island Sauce. Side of fries with a side of cheese amd Pepsi.

Went to the restaurant for wings and fries and normally take home half to eat for lunch the next day. Sadly, when I got home I realized I left my food at the table. Since I only live a few minutes away, jumped back in my car and ran back up there. The table was cleared of course, but Luisa saved the day and held my food aside for me and recognized me when I walked back in. This is the type of service that is above and beyond! Thank you!

Service was lousy. Food was cold greasy slimy and nasty. I would highly recommend staying completely away from it had to go get Sour Patch Kids to cleanse my mouth. Not really trying to be negative was actually looking forward to the experience. Just a complete and total letdown. Other restaurants was never like this.

The what seemed 16 year old waitress made us wait about 35 minutes to get a drink order and drinks. Never explained you have to scan a code or go online to order our food. There was 2 people at the bar and maybe 7 tables in the entire place taken. The food was good. Service was more concerned with each other than working and only 1 person looked over 18. Won't be going back.

Great food and the hostess was really sweet and the waitress was really cool Despite the fact I came in after a 15 hour day

I have not been to a Hooters in years. And I haven't been to that particular Hooters in many years. And I am new to the area, having moved here in December. Notwithstanding all that, my waitress, Meagan, was outstanding. She understood everything I said -- a pleasant departure from most sports bars I have been to -- I have six college degrees. So not having to dumb down my language was pleasant --.something that you have to do with.most Hooter General Managers. Meagan was generally cheerful and upbeat in her presentation of the chain. She sold me steamed shrimp and a Caesar salad. She also talked me into a slice of authentic Key Lime pie. Most important. She was pleasant and. bubbly without being fake. She cheered .me up. That is the best thing that you should ever expect at a Hooters. Only morons think that there is more than that. Crazy old Church ladies might think that there is more, and young men who go in there to get a date really should Google the South Park episodes concerning "Raisins".
