I booked this hotel specifically because it has a hot tub and an inside pool. The add and pictures lie. All amenities that are mentioned are closed. Even the breakfast that was offered was botched. They set out doughnuts and old apple juice. You could taste the juice was almost fermented.If I wanted to stay in a cheap motel I would not have picked this hotel. It is not worth the stay. Go to comfort inn or another hotel on this corner. Definitely not worth your time to book a stay here.
Truly terrible experience. Would not recommend and definitely will never stay here again. My wife and I stayed here on our wedding night after our reception. We were supposed to stay in the honeymoon suite. However, after unlocking the door, we quickly realized someone else was already sleeping in our room. Apparently this hotel has an issue with giving away people’s rooms and double booking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Stay literally anywhere else. You are not a priority here.
I came to this Hotel expecting to stay for two nights. Unfortunately, some personal issues have left me unable to go home and I’ve now been here a little over two weeks. The employees at this hotel has been absolutely incredible. Everyone from the housekeepers to the upper management have been nothing but friendly, hospitable, and understanding the entire time I’ve been here. The 2 ladies on 3rd shift, Camille and Mary I believe; have both been especially courteous and hospitable towards me during this difficult time. The place is awaiting some much needed renovations,, the snack options are limited, and the pool Has been closed since I’ve been here, but the atmosphere that the employees create with their friendliness and professionalism is something I have yet to experience at any of the more upscale hotels in the area. This is not the fanciest hotel, but it’s definitely the one where Ive felt the most at home. Thank you.
If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. Management should be embarrassed by the way this hotel is run and the service offered. Your money is better spent ANYWHERE ELSE as they do not care for their guests. My (new) husband and I worked with Jessica to stay in the honeymoon suite on our wedding night. We paid, checked in, and confirmed online, only to be given a key and be allowed walk in on the family that the staff had GIVEN AWAY OUR ROOM too earlier that evening! They showed no remorse and would not pass us on to upper management. Trash company.
First room had a smell of smoke and B.O., the 2nd room had blood (yes blood) on the comforter. The hotel staff quickly brought up a new comforter which was also dirty. Credit card was then mysteriously charged a random amount and took talking to 3 different people to get it taken care of. 2 stars because stsff was very friendly.
Good stay. Staff was nice, room was clean. Good for the price…Didn’t expect to have paranormal roommates for my stay, though.
From the outside this place looks really nice but beware!!! Looks can be deceiving. Got into room and noticed the beds were made well and the towels were put up nice and neat. Upon taking a towel from the rack that was folded into a bigger towel, I opened it up to discover a filthy towel that looks like someone rubbed it across their face with no water on it or maybe cleaned their shoes with it and put it back. The shower curtain had this brown mold or stains across the bottom of it.Went to the bed and pulled the sheets back to examine the bed. I noticed an ant crawling along the night stand and smashed it. I prepared the bed to lay down for the night, got up during the middle of the night and low and behold I nest of ants were crawling all over the nightstand. Further examination revealed ants crawling on the other queen bed and over the floor. I got my things and left out of there. WORST Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at!!!
One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. The staff was very nice and they even recommended places to eat which was very sweet. The room is nice and clean and had two tvs (we got a room with a king). The shower was also very nice and even had a chair to accommodate those that needed one. Very nice overall.
Nice hotel. Large clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly front desk staff. Fast check in and check out process. Plenty of parking. Safe location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. No problems with my stay. Highly recommend.
Was here for a wedding where the family reserved rooms for us. Nice king size bed and clean room. Easy access from the interstate and to the event center
