This is the first and last time I will be at this establishment. We were told to leave before 1 am right after we were served another round, but friends of bar tendser could stay. This was actually said to us by the bar help. I understand closing time but they way we were escorted out is not acceptable. Then after I said enjoy the tip for the service we did originally receive, of corse after the tan was paid , a member of the team wanted to fight.
We order drinks and 10 minutes before they close he kicks us out. My brother in law tells how wrong he is and the employee tries to come out front to fight him. The owner or manager not sure which one he was had to hold him back.if your open till 1 and you serve us drinks at 12:45 you don't kick them out at 12:50.
Staff rudely escorted or table out after just serving our table while claiming closing time but. It for those friends of the workers. We were not loud or out of control, as a matter of fact served another round. A member of this team actually wanted to fight. This is the first and will be last time I step foot in this establishment.Our server was actually great but 2 people ( a tall female worker and male worker) ruin the experience for all. Don’t serve a table of people then at the same time claim closing time or even attempt to fight the people that patron your bar. This is by far the worst experience.
I have been to Hessler's on several occasions.The atmosphere is fun and friendly. The food and drinks are delicious. It's a great corner pub to meet up with friends and family.They did a fabulous job hosting a celebration of life for a dear family member recently, we were all so please with their awesome and caring staff.
Fantastic!! I ordered carry out and was treated like a regular. Atmosphere was great while I waited. Steak sandwich was seasoned so well and cooked to perfection. Condiments, cutlery and napkins were put in the bag without even asking. I will definitely be back!
Took my wife here for her birthday. Building has been remodeled since we had been there last. Several chocolate cake shots made for an excellent birthday.
I had the steak sandwich and it was delicious. If you like it rare then order medium rare.
A large group of us have been coming here once a month for years and were grossly overcharged for a menu item tonight. when we questioned the manager about it, he stated "that has always been the price of that item." We rebutted with, "But we have NEVER been charged that price." After going back and forth with this, we suggested that since we ordered under the assertion that we would be charged what we have always been charged, and nobody told us any different, then, please provide us our normal price and we will be happy to pay the new price moving forward. He absolutely refused to acknowledge that anything was amiss and refused to acknowledge that any kind of compromise might save our business with them. I personally will never go back and our monthly group will no longer reserve our monthly space if this isn't made right. That is a lot of money to lose over poor customer service. Extremely disappointed.
