Tried to order two of the 3 piece chicken tenders combos, shown in the picture for $5. My total at the window was over $14. That didn't sound right, and we determined it was because I ordered medium (because I was only offered medium or large, as if small wasn't an option). I asked her to re-ring as smalls, then expecting my total to be $10 plus tax. The total was over $13, clearly still incorrect. She had the manager approach me and he informed me that the meal was actually $6. When I informed him that his sign (shown clearly in the picture taken shortly after our interaction)says $5, he let me know I was going to have to pay whatever price he told me regardless of what their sign advertised. When I insisted that I pay the advertised price, he told me I could pay nothing instead and slammed (and locked) the window on me. I'm not sure what world I'm living in anymore. Corporate/franchisees, please get ahold of your people. I want to pay you money to keep your business operating, but can't find it in me to do so when you employ such awful examples of customer service. I feel especially bad for the girl working the register, because that is now the example her manager has set for her. She will carry that attitude with her and it will hold her back in future endeavors.
It was pretty average. I ordered regular iced tea and I got sweet tea. Also asked to hold the mayonnaise and the ketchup but those were on the burger as well. I have come to expect those sorts of mistakes nowadays since society is starting to crumble.
This store needs some sort of new management. It was like ordering from a 2nd grader in the drive through. The shake wasn't a shake at all. Not sure what it was but if I had to guess I would say they used milk with whipping cream on top to make look like like a shake because they were not sure how to make a shake. I only had one chicken tender in the box when I opened it. Not sure if they are the other two or what. Then the rach pack was already opened. Not a little but as if someone opened it and used some already. Whoever is running this store must be real proud.... It was a complete wast of time and money. It make me more mad that I even have to write a negative post like this. Someone couldn't make this up if they tried. I thought maybe it was a joke but nope...it was really just that bad of an experience. We were in complete misbelief.
If I could rate 0 stars I would! Horrible!! We went there last night got 4 combo meals and it cost us $60! Are you kidding me! They charged almost double for the same food! That is just wrong!
this place needs to be shut down. i placed a mobile order through the app. one of the orders was correct, but the 2nd order was completely butchered. the 2nd order was a frisco angus burger combo with no tomatoes and an extra patty, curly fry, and a large drink. i walk in to pick up the order and my order isn’t ready (no biggie). i watch the young man making my order grab one of the patties of the machine that makes them and there had to at least have been 20-30 pattie’s just sitting up there getting stale. eventually i get my order and it is completely wrong. the frisco burger consisted of a ton of mayo, no ketchup, cold bacon, and no extra patty that i paid for. my fries were also not the curly fries that i ordered. not to mention that i had to ask for a large cup for my drink that should have been given to me with the order had the cashier cared enough to pay attention. i will never eat here again. this location needs to close asap
We arrived at the Hardees, hungry after a long day and about a 9 hour gap between meals. As we go through the drive through with hunger in our bellies and hope in our hearts, we order. 2 orders of 3 piece chicken strips and a burger. Our server tells us the unfortunate news that they are out of BBQ sauce and offer us ketchup. After paying with cash, we are not even offered ohr change back. We don't care about the $1.60 enough to confront him. After arriving at our hotel, we open the bag just to find dissapointment. A burger, 1 order of chicken, and an order of fries. Looking at the reciept, we were charged for the chicken we never recieved. We had to share an already overpriced order of a 3 piece chicken tender between 2 boys with voratious appetites in the midst of puberty. The food was ok, but the experience was awful. If I could, I wpuld rate my experience a 1/50.
So this location is now charging 35%!!!!!! extra pricing after 11:00 p.m. There is a small handwritten sign posted on the drive-thru menu is this even legal? Completely immoral and unethical and shady to say the least! We will never eat here again.
I went here at 10:56 pm.... was told hold on for 4 mins please. At 11:01 pm a woman asked what I needed. I ordered ONE combo meal which was right under 9 dollars before tax. After they put it in their computer my NEW total was $18.67 !!!!! I then said I only ordered ONE combo meal. They said that after 11pm PRICES GO UP!! And do I see the sign in front of the speaker saying that prices are subject to change.... if you don't pay attention then you just payed DOUBLE...THIS IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL. they made sure to make me wait to get double charged. I could see adding a dollar or two to each bill after 11pm for employees working 3rd shift but this is outta hand. I will be making this my top priority and it will be on your local news soon. They messed with the wrong cookie.
They took forever and my food is seriously skimped. For waiting over a half hour and spending almost $20, this is what I get (Red Burrito selection). I had the burger side last week and it was awful, too, but thought maybe this would be better. I will never go to this location again.
Horrible, I had a ham and Croissant breakfast sandwich and it was so hard and Crusty that I couldn’t eat . unfortunately I was on my way to work so I couldn’t take it back so I called in to speak to the manager. When I explain how my food was she got an attitude said they are very busy in the morning “ ok and that she would refund my money . But never did, and she is never there and apparently she is the only one who can refund it smh.
