Simply the Best Cheesecake and soooooo many varieties. Today I had delightful German Choclate Cheesecake.
The cheesecake is outstanding, the folks that work there are nice and helpful but something about their customer service structure is super off. With one complicated order the waiting area filled up even though there were two other custom service folks available. It seems like there is some unspoken rule about only talking to one customer at a time, which just seemed really odd.
For at least the last 5 Easter's, I have purchased a carrot cake from Hank's Cheesecakes. This is an amazing carrot cake. Cream cheese icing on the top and middle, but not on the sides so it's not too sweet. The cake is so moist even 4 days later. I highly recommend trying Hank's carrot cake. I love it!!

We are going out of town today to visit lifelong friends. Their only request was for us to bring a cheesecake from Hanks. And to bring the raspberry sauce. I picked it up this morning and Mike took care of me and had everything packed up! You all are the EPIC cheesecake creators! Thank you for providing the dessert!!

The best cheese cake and carrot cake I've ever had. We been going to this place since 2015 even if it's an hour away from home. The service are also excellent. Thank you Ms. Lindsey for accommodating me today.
I bought 2 flavors. One was the best! The other, meh. Regardless, their slices are way too small to justify a $6 price tag. The slices at Aldi's are bigger. Next time, I'll drive to the Cheescake Factory. At least the slices are big.
I'm so happy we randomly passed this place leaving an appt. I've been craving good cheesecake and this place hit the spot. We shared 4 slices of cheesecake between our family and they were all delicious. Cannot wait to return.
