First time customers,Potential to be better, sadly on the beginning of summer '22 their patio is under construction ? Pride Week we had a few cocktails & couldn't help but but notice the musky smell, was there a flood at some previous time? What a lovely place!! There are lots of people there, diverse, everyone seems nice, it took a little long to get your drink, but it was worth it! it was a totally fun place to go, you should go!!!
So much to love about Handlebar. Its greatest asset? The staff.When we lived in St. Louis, we were Thursday regulars. Jordyn was the first to make us feel at home, and over time, each and every person behind the bar (and the trivia table) became someone we looked forward to seeing.It's fair to say that without Jordyn and the rest of the staff, there's no way we'd have kept coming back as often as we did.THINGS YOU SHOULD DOTake people to trivia on Thursdays. Rude bartender with pink hair chased me off. Obviously this place doesn't welcome Hispanics. The bar was majority white so it's obvious what they prefer. Wouldn't recommend to any Spanish speakers.
Delicious "sausage and pretzels" brats and soft pretzels with beer cheese dip and 2 kinds of mustard. Only missing BBQ sauce. Back patio had plenty of socially distant tables and a nice breeze.
One of the best places for a night put in winter because of the fireplace that they have at the back. The dance floor is decent with mostly laser lights on friday nights and you will find a great mix of tracks from the 80s, 90a, 2000s until now!The bouncer at the door is one of the friendliest peoplw we know so shout out to him!
Great atmosphere! Always inclusive and everyone is friendly and just wants to have a good time.
HandleBar has great staff and great bar bite, especially their gluten-free pizza crust. Thursday are lots of fun with trivia hosted at 7pm. Parking isn't too bad on Manchester or nearby.
The greatest humans on the planet work here and have such great hearts. They make every experience the best! Liz is the best Lemon ever!!
This is usually a very chill spot for some drinks and dancing. The DJ typically spins a great track and the place is cleaner than others. Def a place to check out and chill for a while.
