Not so good this time around. Only love it when thr lady makes our food
First let me say, typically I would have gave 4 or 5 stars due to the steamed pot stickers and Lavender Milk tea I have tried on a few different occasions, but Today was different.On 4-29-22, I went inside to purchase myself a milk tea. (Lavender to be exact) which I normally chose when hanging out with my Mexican friend. Meanwhile, today I went inside with my mom, I ordered myself a Medium Lavender milk tea and was giving a Brown Sugar milk tea. I then informed the owner that "I asked for a lavender milk tea", but instead of remaking me the correct drink, she pushed to convince me that my BROWN colored drink was lavender and was brown beacuse of a new"added ingredient" to my requested LAVENDER milk tea. I then told her, "I order lavender often when I come inside and maybe my drink that was made was brown sugar".(A different drink choice I tried 2 days prior). She continued to say noooo it was because of a different ingredient. My mom then asked "why is lavender colored purple on the picture then"? The owner continued with her excuses... telling me to taste it. I did so and then asked did she add protein to my drink, that would change the color of it and she told me No. I then just accepted my unordered drink that my mom purchased and proceeded to leave. I felt so upset, because she is really sweet and kind overall, but to lie to a continuous customer and not fix her mistake, made me feel under appreciated. I will not return here for drinks or food anymore.
Love the food, and the people. They remember that I order the same food every time. Love this place!
First of all, no greeting upon entering the place. I ordered a cup of matcha milk tea without stating the size and they automatically charged me for the largest cup size. Had to ask for a printed receipt. After handing me a cup of milk tea and a receipt that said "Jasmine milk tea, " she told me they were out of matcha. (What? Could you not have told me during my order?) Customer service was horrible. Most importantly, very disappointed with how they would take advantage of new customers. Doesn't matter your skill level, at least have integrity. Milk tea isn't the best, boba pearls not chewy at all. Bad experience overall.
I've got to agree with with another review I saw. Our family of 4 all ordered different menu items and they were all horrible.
The seafood noodles and potstickers were delicious will definitely go back
The best Pho/Vietnamese cuisine out there! Pho is too addicting! They make one of the meanest Pho out there! So good!
Cannot rate this place high enough! The food is phenomenal and everyone is so nice. We have been going to this place for a few years now and it’s only gotten better and better. Highly recommend the food but my personal favorite is the boba tea, specifically taro or coconut milk.
-served my wife, daughter and I well after the dining room closed (we were in from like an hour and a half out, so takeout wouldn’t have been the best option)-server/cashier was very polite and pleasant-great mix of Chinese and Vietnamese dishes, all screaming hot and fresh-the Fat Guy mai fun has passed my previous favorite (Singapore mai fun). Spicy, savory, and really satisfying-their pho was legit, and absolutely a meal on it’s own-solid gyozas-great milk and tapioca teas
Awesome place to get lunch or dinner. The fruit smoothies and bubble teas are definitely a plus and I never have to wait long for my order. I definitely recommend this place!
