The hot Nashville chicken sandwich is phenomenal. The burgers are always too notch as well. I also love their potato wedges though this latest visit wasn’t up to their normal standards.Customer service is usually above average as well. Somehow there is always one employee that doesn’t though. This latest visit was the person calling names when orders are ready and making sure everything is right. She left our food sitting on the counter for several minutes instead of calling our name just stood their waiting for us to come get it. She also didn’t make sure the food was plated correctly. We were missing some things and had to go back up for it.
Food was great. Very sad to see however that this place is going down hill. I know we are in a pandemic and everyone is struggling. However clean establishments in food is a must. Lots of cleaning opportunities throughout restaurant. Hope things get better, not many left and I drive a ways to get here.
Went there 2 years ago and had a terrible turkey burger. Had my husband try it and he agreed that it tasted like rotten ground meat. We happened to be in the area again today so thought we would try it again thinking that the first time had to have been a fluke. It was only slightly less disgusting the second time around. I know most people don’t go there for turkey, and perhaps the beef burgers are better. But one should be able to expect quality across the menu. Cons: terrible turkey burgers, the name calling over the PA is loud and obnoxious, the bathrooms and restaurant is dirty, and it’s pricey. Pros: the French fries, the Coke freedom machine, and the Ghirardelli’s brownies.
Anna and Lisa are quite possibly the best women ever. They are so welcoming and ensure each order is correct. We have the best experiences here from the moment we step in until the moment we leave!!
Went with the family..last time I had Fuddruckers was in Kansas City MO and it was good. The staff was very friendly here but no one really liked the food. I felt like I wasted my money. Not sure if I will be back.
$32 for a chicken finger meal and a extremely greasy burger. Could have had better value from McDonald’s. The portions were small, customer service was not there and the food was greasy as can be. It will hurt your stomach and I wondered why the place hardly ever had any business and I found out. Won’t miss this place when it closes.
The place was a mess. Lots of tables dirty when we walked in. Front counter was well staffed. But not enough people bussing tables. We asked for a table to be cleaned off, got that done, but had to ask a second time after 10 minutes, and our food was in hand ready to sit down with our food . The lady I asked if we could get someone to wipe the table down was very rude and ignorant, her response was "we are moving as fast as we can."That's not very customer oriented. At least the food was good.
A little over priced. The cook was nice and friendly. The girl at the register, on the other hand, was not. When we told her it was our first time here she basically dismissed us and told us to look at the menu.
Horrible service. Bad food. Food was still cold. And the person taking orders was incredibly rude. Eat anywhere but here. You'd be better off eating a gas station Landshire.
Great food, great staff, and a good atmosphere. The staff informed us when we ordered that their heating was out so it was a little chilly in the restaurant, but we already knew since it was posted on their door as well. The fries were plenty hot and fresh so it wasn't a problem staying warm!
