Burgers are good but SUPER thin! Custard was delicious. This location is very busy so you may have a wait.
Normally a happy camper but not today. I had a chicken crispy sandwich and it was rubbery. I took only two bites and then took it up to the counter, the lady manager came up and I explained about the sandwich. She then said in a very short voice “well you ate half of it” I replied and said no and took the bun off and there was still over half the chicken left.The chicken is small to begin with and doesn’t even fill the bun. The manager then said fine, what do you want as replacement. I said just give me a plain hamburger so I could end the unpleasant encounter :(Edit: went back to dine there yesterday and it was much more pleasant and that female manager was much nicer so I am changing my rating :)
Hands down one of the most impressive fast food expierences I have ever had. Impressed by how young the staff was. None of about 8 employees I saw looked over 20, and yet they operated with enthusiasm and phenomenal accuracy.....while having a customer coming and going the whole time! The food though... is just as good as the service...ice cream as well. Super impressive and highly recommended. ? 5 ? alone don't indicate how well Freddy's was for me. Also the cashier called me boss....like wow...I definitely felt that....I couldn't tell you who the actual boss was...there chemistry as a team was outstanding. I would guess it was a person in a polo, but in my eyes they was all on boss status.
Love the food very clean and fresh the only reason for the 3 stars is their location and the fact there's no drive up window.Update 5/7/22We had a bad experience. Our order to go. # 1 they load your burgers with salt and after asking no seasoning it was disgusting.One of the chocolate shakes had a split bottom and by the time we got home and lifted the cup it went all over the place.
Good food and good service. Would have been 5 stars but the straws for the drinks were terrible. We could not Even put them in the cup without them breaking. Tried several Times before we finally just took the lids off to drink. They weren't like that the 1st time we visited so It may have been a bad batch of straws or something.
I love Freddy's! I'm thankful to have one in So StL County. Food is almost always excellent. Service is usually good, not great, but good. I really wish it had a drive-thru tho. I kinda understand why they don't, but I still wish they did.
Food and service were great. Literally almost have nothing to complain about. In fact will visit again and often one of my newest favorite restaurants. However, I went to the bathroom, when entering noticed employee was using restroom. As he left the room he didn't wash his hands. Overall, 9 out 10 but a little concerned about the unsanitary employee. May want to reinforce the need to wash your hands after using the bathroom just saying.
Lil expensive but outstanding service! The cashier was efficient and very nice going above n beyond. The food came out fast n was good. Well worth it.Thanks Hailey (cashier) keep up the good work guys!
The customer service was terrible. I asked for ketchup, was given 3 packets for 3 people.. its a burger shack. Ketchup is a non negotiable. Asked for more packets and 3 more packets were slammed down in my hand..i said seriously? Youre getting warmer.. and she then gave me like 50 packets with the meanest look you could imagine.. lol. I smiled and walked away.
First time eating here, was busy but we still got our food quickly. California style burger and chocolate shake were fantastic.
