Best Trashed Wings in St Louis for Sure !!!
Local bar & grill type spot located in a Schnucks anchored strip mall. Come in with a healthy dose of expectation management. A 'help wanted' sign hung on the door advertising an opening in every position imaginable.Upon entering, it was obvious the staff was frazzled. The hostess was visibly flustered, and took a bit to find a seat and wrap some silverware. The tables are jam packed into the dining area, making entry and exit a planned strategic effort to avoid any blockades. Despite being wiped down, the table and chairs were sticky. Our waitress was nice and friendly. Our order was taken promptly and with a smile. Even a kid was observant enough to notice her being stretched thin. Our burgers were brought by a different person, and unfortunately, both were grossly overcooked to just shy of well-done.This place will do in a pinch, but don't have lofty expectations.
We go there twice a week. The food is great, especially their sandwiches. Delicious appetizers and Entrees. Many styles of chicken wings to choose. Sauces and salad dressings made in house. Friendly service and a family atmosphere. Daily food specials and beer specials. Try it , you'll like it.
First time coming here and it felt like a family restaurant. The waitress was awesome and the food was amazing. Very pleased with my service here.
I want to send a shout out to Grace who was a phenomenal server on 03/28/22 here is st Louis thanks again for the amazing service
Food was great as always and staff was very pleasant. Can’t beat their trashed wings and burgers.
The food at Frailey's has always been nothing short of very good. My challenge as of late, or should I say is their challenge is staff shortage. Being there on a Sunday afternoon with the place packed to the gills and only 3 servers and one busboy doubling as a host was a nightmare for not only us but many others. It took forever to get our food, we had to practically chase down someone to get drinks refilled, and getting the bill was next to impossible. I can't count on two hands how many people walked in waiting to be seated, but turned around and left because they were not attended to. I understand that there is a shortage of workers everywhere, but there has to be some kind of management decision that buffers that obstacle, allowing the staff to not be overworked and the customers frustrated. This last visit while somewhat miserable will not stop me from returning as I enjoy the food and the atmosphere, but I certainly hope they can streamline their processes. I do recommend Frailey's based on past experience and their great menu. I wish them luck in their journey forward.
Great service, the food was very good and there was way more than I could eat! I highly recommend eating here.
We went there as out of towners from Indiana. We had the strip steak sandwich, with waffle fries . It was Great! Nice atmosphere , the food was really good. It was a full house , our waitress Grace was busting butt and still gave us great service. The staff was really nice. We asked for a table , then changed our minds and wanted a booth instead, and the staff still was really nice about it. I give 5 stars.
We frequent here and usually have nothing bad to say until Saturday evening! We sat at a booth looking at filth on the carpet (floor) as several employees walked by many times! They seated a group of older adults and one man pulled out his chair so they would clean it! Terrible! They shouldn’t have been seated! Until the floors were picked up! We always get potato skins and they no longer carry them?. The nachos were cold. French fries were under cooked. I had to get my own utensils after asking twice! I will go back but I sure hope this night won’t be repeated!
