Usually consistently yummy burgers and Cajun fries and good service, but this time they "lost" my in-store order while I waited!

I'm sorry to say I really wasn't impressed. Their decor was of their reviews from the past. One review promised 'heaven on a bun.' It was not a bad burger although they only garnished one out of three correctly and there was no seasoning. For about $11 each I wished for a bit better. The fries were delicious but close to $6 a piece for regular size is pretty steep. They were very generous with the fries. All in all just not the best. Better than McDonald's but not good enough to justify the steep price.
It was way over priced for what it was. $39 for two burgers with bacon, one regular fry and two medium drinks. Don't get me wrong, it was a decent burger. The fries were fair. My first time there and I would only eat it again if there wasn't any option. The staff was good though!
I used to love Five Guys. Great tasting burgers for sure. Is $15 for a burger, fries, and a drink worth it? I suppose that depends on you. But be prepared for long wait times, and don't be surprised if all of your toppings aren't right.
Consistently great burger and fries. Added bonus - the staff was very friendly and had great customer service. I highly recommend this location!
They are friendly and fast at this location. We chose this location bc it has outdoor seating and we had our pup with us.

It's hard to beat a 5 Guys burger and fries! It was delicious and the crew was fast, efficient, and friendly.
Service was fast and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Even though the weather was nasty out they had very pleasant positive attitudes. The camaraderie that was shown amongst the workers was great. Our food was delicious all of our 6 milkshakes came in a fast timely manner and were delicious. All in all we had a nice time.
