Ashley #1 was our waitress and she was fun, friendly, attentive and always smiling. Her customer service was exemplary!! We will definitely be back ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We really enjoyed our experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The Gumbo was so wonderful my husband ordered seconds. My grandchildren really think we’re the coolest for bringing them to Fitz’s.
Amazing food. Great service.
Great experience with the family. Food was good with large portions and you have to get a shake or float. There are a lot of choices and all were very good. You might want to think about sharing meals if you get a float since it is very filling.
We went in on a Wednesday and didn't wait more than 5 minutes to get in. The food was very good and the rootbeer was delicious.
This place was the bomb!! We had a slight wait, but for the amount of people standing outside when we walked up, it wasn’t too bad! The staff were working their butts off the night we were there. Our server was slow getting back to us in between rounds. I was understanding of that, because I watched her running back and forth constantly, so it wasn’t like she was standing around doing nothing! They were packed!! Our food was yummy! My husband had the pepperoni pizza and he loved it!! I had chicken tenders, fries and slaw(which I don’t eat)! The chicken was delicious as was the spicy Buffalo sauce with it! Fries weren’t bad, I just didn’t eat very many of them! My husband tried the slaw, but didn’t care for it. The root beer was cold and delicious! They had a whole menu page dedicated to their awesome floats! Whatever you could imagine, they had it!! We tried a root beer float with vanilla AND chocolate ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauce, and whip cream!! Talk about off the charts!! I never thought that chocolate ice cream and root beer would work together, but I loved it!!! Very different! Would definitely come back here again, but probably only to get a float next time around! If you’re in the area, this is a must try place!
Great place! The burgers are great, but quite pricey. Each one can be from 10-15 dollars. The workers are super great, though. It was super busy when we went, and our server was waiting quite a few tables, but the service time wasn’t bad, considering it was so busy. I would highly recommend this if you’re not usually in town, as a special meal, just because it’s pretty expensive.
Graduation celebration with family. Service was good but food came out slow. The meal was enjoyed by all and the floats were huge. Good time had by all.
This place was good and the service was great, Not to mention you can do fun things here, Overall Great and The Cafe was Top Tier.
Best place in St. Louis to get floats!! Generously large in size, great variety of flavors. Also has a very cool view of the bottling of sodas. This is my favorite and usually first place I take people when they’ve never been to St. Louis. Can never go wrong with toasted ravs and a frozen treat.
