It's been 30 minutes since my online order and they only started making it when I asked for a refund.I've never seen people make sandwiches so slowly. It took over 30 minutes, the sandwich was made with the wrong toppings. The bag, boxes, and Mac n cheese container were covered in sauce from the meatballs. It was gross.I'll be contacting management for a refund. Worst experience in ages!

One person working and that was it . Both time the drink machine broke no ice . Took a long time also because one person working. My advice for corporate world is pay better and take care of employees.

The staff is always friendly, the wait time for food is usually short. Ordered the turkey ranch sandwich the last time I was there and it was quite tasty but a bit messy. I had high hopes for the Mac and cheese but it was pretty plain.

Went there after 5 years but was disappointed by almost everything. The staff was short and unkind, and they messed up the order completely. They forgot one item from the order and when we finally got it, it was cold and runny (mac-and-cheese). They also mixed up the sandwiches in the order. I think I'll stay away another 5 years.

That look like a 15 dollar sandwich?? Get a better crew

Just left the hospital with food poisoning. I ordered the Engineer. I normally go to the one on Tesson Ferry and enjoy it very much. Was in the area and decided to stop in. Service was slow, restaurant was filthy, out of almost every flavor in the coke freestyle machine. Didn’t ask me to round up for first responders like they do at Tesson Ferry. Did I mention I got food poisoning?

Terrible customer service . And an hour wait for 2 sandwiches

I could not have been more impressed! A friend who's more familiar with Firehouse Subs suggested we grab lunch there and I said sure.We walked in and were warmly and sincerely greeted by every staff member we could see. And it wasn't just for show--I paid attention to the way they spoke to each other and their manager or shift lead, and there was SUCH respect for each other. It seemed like a really positive workplace, and that makes for a positive customer experience.I ordered the veggie sub on wheat. I loved that I didn't have to specify each ingredient--it came the way it came and it was better than I could have made it. And I love that the veggies were grilled, not just piled raw on bread (lookin' at you, Subway!). Also, they had sugar-free cherry limeade! I drink diet sodas and I'm so tired of Diet Coke/Pepsi and no other options. The staff checked on us throughout. The whole store was spotless and well-stocked. Every customer was treated with kindness. Their restrooms are super accessible, with grab bars and hooks at lower heights. I will definitely be going back!

the staff is awesome, I love the New York Steamer as well as the Jamaican Jerk Chicken or Turkey, even if its not on the menu, the staff knows how to make it, they will make it for you.

The subs my lady and I were quite good. We didn't have to wait long got them to be prepared.
