Used to come to this place all the time for my morning coffee, but I had to stop because the employees who work there are so rude. They never say thank you, having a nice day, good morning, etc. They rush you through your order. It’s not a very pleasant experience to have especially in the morning. I go to TJ’s cafe now and they’re great over there.
Came for my free birthday egg sandwich, delicious!
We loved our food and drinks here.We took our food home because of covid indoor tables being closed. I think we will enjoy eating here again.
The staff at this location are very rude. They weren’t open during a normal business hour, and instead of explaining what the issue was, the woman just rudely says “we’re not open, we’re not open”.

Good snacks and service. Too expensive though.
Absolutely poor customer service. Was told after ordering a large coffee that spoons were only available for food orders, and they only have a set amount of plastic spoons to give out each day.... WHAT?
I ordered a sandwich and after waiting awhile I realized that people who ordered after me were already getting their food. When I asked where my food was the employees ignored me and began arguing with each other about whose fault it was that my sandwich wasn’t being made yet. I had to watch them go back and forth arguing about this for several minutes before someone actually started making it. When I asked how long it would take, the employees either ignored me or couldn’t hear me over their own yelling to give me an answer. When I finally received it it wasn’t even that good. I’ll never order from here again.
While the food offerings are generally good, there aren't many breakfast options that allow for pork to be substituted with other meat (i.e. turkey)
