The service there was not up to par, food wasn't so that good and the location made it difficult to find
I was just there a few minutes ago, and they got my order wrong TWICE. It's not even the same item on the menu I ordered! I ordered a Chocolate cold brew Shake but they just gave me a Chocolate shake. I'm super disappointed and wont be going back until they can fix their orders AND their attitudes.\ \ They were rude and didnt take my order right. Unbeleivable. I would know, I used to work in service.
I'm not sure anyone knows what they're doing there. Seemed wildly disorganized and slow. Out of lots of different products.
Not here, can't call. I think this place has closed but still says open on Google maps. If it is still there, not a single sign or inclination of where it is. If it's hidden inside the campus library then say that in your Google maps profile. Might make it easier for out of town visitors. Thanks
First time eating toasted bagel
Haven't been in a while but, bagels were good,, service was decent. Will review again after reopening
This is one of my favorite places to eat on SLU’s campus. The food is great! However once in a while they mess up my order. They forget to take tomatoes off my food or add an extra egg when I pay for 2 eggs. This won’t stop me from going there, and 90% of the time nothing is wrong and i have a great experience. They also took away the potato roll and turkey toastini from this location which makes me very sad because that was my favorite thing on the menu. Bring back the turkey toastini please!!
The staff is great. Bagels and drinks are pretty good. I think what is needed is SOUP. Many of the staff and students here would like soup because the library is always cold. Thank you
Screw this place. The hours say they are open til 10, got there at 6, no one there. Now I have a gift card I cant even use!
The younger staff is very friendly and motivated. However, the few older individuals are very unprofessional and unwelcoming. It's seldom a pleasant experience to order from here.
