AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Go to the Starbucks in the same concourse.I do not know WHAT could cause an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich to taste the way mine did, but I suspect some sort of disinfectant. That said, Dunkin’ left ONE single woman to run the shop on a Saturday morning in May. So that sucks, and obviously she was doing the best she could with the resources at her disposal.
All of the machines were “down” and the clerk was extremely impolite, barking at customers and unwilling to offer any explanation.
Doesn’t accept DD Perks or cards for some reason.
Showed up at 9:20 AM and they were closing it down.

So, we have been waiting for this shop to open for a few hours. Says it’s open…. And an employee has been inside there for at least two hours. She keeps telling us it’s not open yet. It’s now 12:22pm and still not open. Their mission must have changed from selling donuts to disappointing customers.
What a freaking joke! 12:30pm Still not open! Are you freaking kidding me. We’ve been here over two hours. Now the lights are turned off & over 200 people in airport. I think she ate all the donuts!
I guess they close whenever the person behind the counter wants. Walked up at 9, she was closing up. Said no second shift. I asked if I could give her cash for a donut and rejected. They will all end up in the trash, maybe. Guess she could have broken the rule a bit.
I haven't eaten at this Dunkin'
