Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. They were out of any kind of chocolate doughnuts at 8am. Ordered a bagel sandwich and hash browns. Hash browns were burnt and soggy and sandwich was dry and inedible. Staff were laughing inside and asked what I ordered twice before I finally got my food. I would not recommend going to this place.
They were out of stock on almost all their donuts, had no muffins when I was there with my mother. Thankfully, they had coffee at least, which is one thing she really wanted.
Can’t believe they gave me a sandwich I couldn’t eat. Why give a customer a burnt sandwich instead of making it over! Not going back
Love the employees here, they are awesome. They were out of donuts one day, so they offered me a blueberry muffin which was very good.
Came here Easter afternoon, the guy was very helpful and accommodating. They were out of a lot of the donuts we wanted, but they still had good options available.
Everything that is required being cooked or warmed in the oven always seems to be too frozen/not thawed or out of stock ?? And drinks are always made incorrectly - iced coffee with cream no sugar comes black and with sugar …
Nobody in drive thru so I stopped thinking it would be a breeze to get a package of ground coffee only and I was there sitting almost 10 minutes before it was brought to the window.
Some POS employee charged us for a large coffee when they didn’t have anything but mediums. Then she took our money, didn’t give us our change back, closed the window and took the it as tip. I’m not complaining about pocket change, but it was super rude. The manager there is cool and nice though.
We bought donuts thru the drive-in. It was very busy with 10 cars ahead of us. They were out of the sprinkled donuts we wanted (mid-morning). However the donuts we purchased were excellent.
The girl that was working the drive thru on 10/16/21 at 10:30 has really bad customer service. I politely asked for my order and she completely snapped at me, behavior like that is completely unacceptable.
