Not the 6-star service weâre used to at Diegoâs. Not sure if it was the restaurant or Open Table, but we reserved patio seating but were not seated outside. The hostess told us all the tables outside were reserved. When I showed her that I had indeed reserved patio seating, she suggested I call the restaurant next time. We agreed to sit inside and watched as 4 tables sat empty on the patio during our meal. If this were my first time in Diegoâs that experience would make me question whether or not to return. Food was amazing AS ALWAYS! Server was a little slower than usual but still ok. Weâll be back!

So, so loud! We had only ever eaten outside in the past. Inside we could barely talk at our table for 4 because it is so incredibly noisy. Our waitress was very good except she misunderstood one persons order, so 3 of us got served, and by the time the correct order arrived for our friend, all three of us had finished. Very disappointing. Didnât see his bill, but I donât think she gave him a break of any kind considering we didnât eat together.
Pros: Loved the ambiance, drinks & appetizer. Cons: Unfortunately the main course was pretty bland, lacking flavor.

We live close, but it was our first time trying this restaurant. Loved it from start to finish. Best margarita weâd ever had. The flaming cheese was terrific, as were our quesadillas . We could have shared one, as they are so filling. Will definitely return!
Michal was a very attentive and friendly waiter. We enjoyed his input and made the night memorable. The food was delicious. A little bit too loud for the older people in our group but still very enjoyable.
