The worst by far experience I’ve had at this location. A couple people in store but that doesn’t mean poor service you make sure your customers are happy and satisfied we were missing half of our order when I asked for, and when she brought half of the half that we were missing she still forgot a whole order . Didn’t give us serving utensils or napkins until after three dishes were on the table. Absolutely forgetting which drinks who’s was who. And to top that off when she was checking us out I did forget to get her name she mentioned the cooks and servers shooting up heroin so I will definitely not be coming to this location no longer bunch of druggies.
My seats were stained with old soda, and me an sis didn't get our drinks until we were ¾ of the way done with our food..and some guest got there drinks before us and came in after us...but our server was nice and the food was delicious
Service was slow. Had to wait to get order and refills. Waited to pay bill and waitress threw my friends birthday card away. After less than 5 minutes. Food was decent. Got a dirty plate for my pancakes.
A good place to have breakfast ..lunch or diner with family or friend..We tried the Crazy spicy sizzlin skillet and it was so good..with chicken..potatoes..mushroom,sausage..cheese a d jalapeño.The service was great and the food was good.with affordable price
Bad bad service!I ordered "eggs basted" she brings me egg whites and says " sorry, I rang up "egg whites"and sets the plate in front of me like I' m suppose to eat her mistake.Cook and manager spent most of the time smoking out back on the steps.When I asked waitress why we are STILL waiting for our food after 30 mins? and we are 0ne of 3 customers in the whole place. The other 2 tables were already paying and leaving.Waitress said " Um, the cook is out back smoking, and said she had to go out and tell him to come in because she had customers waiting "When we left we saw the Cook AND the Manager out back on the steps smoking again! That place is a joke!SCREW DENNYS ON SOUTH LINDBERG!!!
I went in to grab breakfast (dine in) and 2 take takeout orders. I was seated quickly and given water. I placed my order and the wait began.I ordered at 8 am and didn't receive it by 9:12 am. I went to the counter to ask and my order wasn't ready still. After another 15 minute wait I got my order and the manager gave me $7 off my meal. I thought it should have been half price to free for an hour and a half wait time.I seen customer come in after me, sit down, eat their full, get up and leave before me. I let management know that as well and pointed them out so they can verify order times.Very poor service.... I stay in Central West End and traveled to South County for this? ?
I would have given them 5 stars but my granddaughter had a piece of blonde hair in her food they took the plate back with no argument and fixed her another plate. The waitress was really nice. Everyone said their food was delicious we had a great time.?

Food was good. Waitress wasn't. I had to get up after asking 2 people for coffee refill and go to the counter with the cup to the first waitress I asked and get her to fill it. She said I told the other waitress to bring it to u. I said well I asked her also and still no coffee.
The food was very good and our waitress was very sweet and helpful!
