I’ve come 2 weekends in a row! 1 from Memphis. 1 from Chicago. Ordered different things both times AND THE FOOD WAS CONSISTENT AND AMAZING.
The meat was smoked perfectly - not a lot of rub used. 6 sauces available at the table for you to spice up the way you wanted. If in St Louis - this is a must for BBQ!!!
The food was fantastic! Especially the hush puppies, fire & ice fried pickles, and smoked turkey. I should've tried the ribs, but I had brisket instead (which was good - not great). Service was very fast and friendly. The sauces were unique, diverse, and delicious. Beer was cold, cheap, and tasty.

Dalie's Smokehouse Was exceptional. The food was phenomenal and the customer service and attentiveness were superb. You could tell that thw folks at Dalie’s didn’t just want our business, they wanted us to have a wonderful experience and to become a part of the family. We found our spot. See you again real soon.

I was given this restaurant’s pork plate in a boxed lunch for my work, and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The pork was incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful, and the sides were very good as well. I got the hush puppies and the fried pickles, which were fried and breaded in what seemed like cornmeal… I’m not exactly sure but they were crunchy, curly and delicious! I was also impressed by their sauces, especially the vinegar! Would definitely like to go to the actual restaurant and bring a friend to experience more of their food, maybe drinks too! That pork is worth a drive from wherever you’re at in Saint Louis !!
It's hard finding good bbq in the St. Louis area especially when you were born and raised in a city that knows good bbq which is Kansas City, MO. Dalies is a gem and so good! Me and a friend were doing a food tour and Daile's was on our list. We ordered the smoked pastrami and smoked wings which came with 2 sides. We got mac & cheese as well as sweet potato fries. Our food was so good! The mac & cheese has a topping that was different and not too bad. The sweet potato fries had the perfect crunch and had a nice seasoning to them. Didn't need any dipping sauce. The pastrami was heaven! The wings didn't need any sauce they were so good but dipping them in the voodoo sauce made them even better. I look forward to coming back!
Visiting from Chicago, and I smoke my own bbq at home so I can be picky. Hands down excellent ribs. The sauce and rub is so good it doesn't need anything else. Sides are excellent. Highly recommend the beans..
Outstanding bbq, no frills just taste! Cuban a little unorthodox but melts in your mouth. The 6 sauce selection covers all (almost) the bases. Sides of hush puppies and fried pickles excellent complement to the sandwiches.
Dalie's is so consistently good, I'd have it as my last meal... Reuben has to be the best in town, sandwiches are all perfectly prepared and portioned, and the specials, like the prime rib and brisket chili this weekend, are outstanding, meats are succulent and finely prepared, even pastrami has a personality ;)Love the vinegar sauce, love the original, and absolute favorite is the sweet hope one.We've also had ribs several times, and any establishment with Pappy's DNA like Dalie's would of course take pride in ribs prep. Terrific job always guys, thanks for working through challenging and demanding times.
