First time visiting a Culver's and I see why it was a favorite of my granny's. Smash burger style place with a strong, simple menu. Their root beer (their diet root beer, anyway) is terrific, best diet stuff I've had. Had to take a star off for the egregiously bad customer service of the guy cleaning the condiment table though. Dude was slow as molasses and rude as sin.
They were out of the flavor of the day but that wasn't the problem. The problem was they didn't tell me and all I received was a vanilla waffle cone. I get you guys run out of things but you can inform the person in the drive thru. Also if you guys close at nine then close at nine.
Fantastic food and fantastic staff! They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I can't wait to go back!
Maybe it was because we are Texas, but I don't think I've ever had a better fried food meal than the one from Culver's. This is honestly just such a perfectly prepared meal in terms of flavor of the food and the quality of the cooking. We ordered the cheese curds and a double butterburger with cheese, fries with chicken tenders, and sourdough melt with pretzel bites. The chicken was perfectly fried and was wonderfully seasoned with flavor. The cheese curds were heavenly. The butterburger made me a believer in why Culver's has such a reputation. Oh, we also had a salted caramel and cookie dough concrete, and two butterfinger concretes. Seriously, I can't give this Culver's a good enough review to justify how good it was.
Everyone at this location was so friendly!!!! SUCH a breathe of fresh air, especially knowing that a lot of places have been short staffed and short tempered lately. Seriously, Braxton helped us up front and was so kind. This boy deserves a raise! He was super helpful and didn’t get annoyed with me and my complicated order. Thanks for turning my day around.
We ordered in the drive thru. Everyone we encountered was very polite and friendly. We were missing a fry. I got the single deluxe burger, it was just ok. The oreo concrete was so good.
Could not say much. Online it says open until 10 arrived at 9:01 to have them turn the drive through lights off on me. Called while at intercom and was basically told sorry about my luck. When I knew it was late but that’s why I looked up the hours before going
I am not a fan of fastfood. Culver's is NOT fastfood. I will go out of my way to seek out a Culver's if I need to eat away from home. Everything on the menu is well prepared and delicious. The stores are always clean and maintained. The staff is warm and genuinely friendly. I have been to several locations and the quality and atmosphere are consistent across the board.Highly recommend Culver's and if you have not had them, get the cheese curds. The name may be a bit disconcerting but they are wonderful!
Always fast friendly service. Great hot fresh to order food! I wish there was one in the city.
