The food is always good, but while waiting for my order, one of my items was given to another customer in error, the customer checked his order right next to me opening containers and everything. When the error was discovered the store associate gave the item to me that the customer opened right next me, I asked nicely for a remake. If I wasn’t there to witness the error, I would of received food that had been touched and had been breathed on. I have issues every time I visit this location, I don’t like it.
Lately I’ve been driving out of my way just to eat at the Clayton CBW. The staff here is wonderful & the food tastes better because it’s served with a smile.
i ordered ahead for pickup at 7:00 pm and waiting for a little bit once i got there since there was a line. after 20 minutes i asked how long my order would be and they said less than 10 minutes so i waited and then asked again and they said 5 and then finally at 7:47 pm i asked if something was wrong. turns out they had forgotten about my order that was on the counter the entire time. the employee told me it would be ready in less than 5 minutes and i then watched her put nothing else into the bag and tape my receipt to it and hand it to me. i get home and my order is wrong. the rice and protein i ordered on my wrap was completely wrong and all of the food was cold. so disappointed bc i used to love crazy bowls

As long as yhe chicken isn't dry food is pretty fresh at this chain. The loyalty points add up pretty quick also.
I was putting in an order for a catering client and the front person was really nice and helpful. I had a nice size order and they handled it even when they started getting busy. The front person brought all the bags to me and even offered to help me out to my car!
Always fresh, made to order food. Just check to make sure that they give you tofu. Occasionally, I find chicken in my rice bowl instead.
Love how quick and friendly they are. Not exactly a traditional diner with spacing in between. Tables are spaced off enough. I feel like the CEO going under cover boss my second day in a row eating and reviewing for quality standards. Love their assorted dips already prepacked. Also includes hummus! Very modern. Employee seems to be happy working. The joyful vibes she gives off is definitely worth coming back for; deserves a raise or promotion. The bathroom smells fresh and maintained. Thank you!!
The food is fresh and healthy, but it helps to order ahead so you can get your order quickly. The staff can be friendly sometimes depending on who you get. There might be better health food places out there, but this place has grown on me. They have a lot of free sauces which are nice.
Food was very good. The issue was the service. We were asked to use the ordering screen, but that took forever since the touch screen only registered about 75% of the first-time button presses (needed to back up or continually press to get the system to recognize them). Service seemed slow, but it looked like only 1 cook in the kitchen so that could be part of the delay.If I were to eat here again, I would order ahead.
