Love this place. I really like how customizable the ordering process is online. Food is ready at the time requested every time. Everything ive had has been good. My only one complaint.... I wish I could request to not have the wrap cut in half. Ive had a few catestrophic failures on first pickup.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my family there yesterday and it was a terrible experience from the beginning. The two girls at the front played on their phones the whole time we were there. Lucky was incredibly rude when taking our order. Nowhere in the store or on the menu does it say there’s an up charge for chicken, except crispy chicken, which none of us ordered. We were even charged for leaving the protein (that supposedly comes with the wrap) off because she didn’t want chicken! We were not told we would be charged on top of our meal, for the protein that is supposed to come with our meal. She didn’t offer us the sides that come with our meal, she just rang it up as no side for each of us. Then, we sat down and got our food and it was barely warm by the time we got it. Very disappointed in this visit.
This location has given me food poisoning too many times for myself to ever come back. Three strikes and I’m out - It’s always under cooked chicken. This last bout of food poisoning left me 7lbs lighter, using up 2 days of sick leave, and unable to keep anything down for 36 hours. I might come back for limeaide but the food is a no-go for me anymore.
Lots of great choices with lots of different proteins and vegetables. Great tea options as well.

Has anyone ever had the double protein bowl?? It is AMAZING!! I tried it for the first time today and was totally caught off guard by the huge chunks of protein and vegetables. So simply done and so healthy and so filling. You don’t see this type of dish very often in fast casual food. I love that it’s not over seasoned and not over cooked. The vegetables are crisp and still have a bite to it. The chicken and beef were both super tender and juicy. This will be my go to lunch when I forget to pack my own.
Family went, as a group, to this Crazy Bowls for the first time. Really enjoyed the variety and the freshness of the food. Staff was really friendly and did a nice job on recommendations. The only thing that was odd was offered tortilla chips as a side for my teriyaki bowl?? I ended up buying a cheese dip and it was really good. I like this place and will return
My chicken Caeser wrap was dry and barely had any rice. For$10 was disappointed. The girl who took the order made the wrap and obviously needs training. Will definitely call to complain. Usually very pleased
