The positive - I liked the tofu, rice and sauce. I liked that they had Vegan options and you could get bowls, wraps etc as vegan.The negative, I didn't like the large pieces of broccoli and veg's in my bowl. I would have preferred small diced up veggies mixed with my rice. Next time, I would probably just get tofu, beans and rice.This is definitely a fast-food experience and not a restaurant. Hard seats, cleanup yourself and spartan dining.I'd recommend that you look at the online menu ahead of time so that you know for sure what you want.
Very friendly and accommodating. Asked for WiFi password and instead of saying "I don't know and probably not"; gentleman found the answer and shared.(Private) WiFi speed inconsistent and unusable upload but works for small business tasks.Bathroom is clean. Only one per gender.Only 1 outlet near the entrance.Fast serviceStaff seems to get along with each other very well. Good team.
My family ordered from here yesterday and we had a very negative experience with the manager who made his employee come out to me to correct the way I ordered online instead of coming out himself and explaining what I needed to correct next time. I went in to talk and make sure I knew what to do and the manager ignored me. We’ve decided to stop ordering from there and we are disappointed because we ordered from there on a regular weekly basis but we are stopping.
I don’t know if we caught them at a bad time, but this restaurant was filthy (couldn't find a clean table to eat at, food all over the surfaces, sticky and dirty floor) and the man working the register was rude. Unfortunate, because the food was pretty good.
Friendly staff, very good, healthy food. But if you are concerned about calories, check out nutrition prior to ordering… falafel are good but very fat. And if you are in a hurry, order online and pick up. Lunch time is busy and takes 15+ min for your food. .
5 stars for the great people, I would give another 5 for the food if I could. A lot of vegetarian options you can't find at any other fast food type.

Rice was not fully cooked in our wraps. Packaging was not secure so teriyaki sauce spilled all over the rest of our food by the time we got home.
This is the rudest store I've ever seen. Just got off the phone with an individual that haggled me and why didn't use the online ordering. I chose not to because I didn't want to (never had a problem before) She insisted I was rude when I asked If I could order? 4 years of coming here and I will never be back. Might want to check your staff before you run off more customers. Simply wanted curb side pickup. AVOID!!!!*update* The manager at 5:43 on 9/8/21 refused to give me her name so I could report her conduct. Stating it was a "safety issue". This is the first time I've EVER seen a manager refuse to give a first name.
I ordered curbside pickup since my foot is broken. Texted x2 the number on the sign. No response. Called the restaurant number x2 and no human pickup. Called the text number on the sign and it just rang. After 22 minutes, I hobbled in on my broken foot and was told they didn't hear the text. They weren't busy either, no one at the counter and only a couple eating inside. I would have left it at that with a sorry, but then they texted back to tell me that no one called the store. I then sent them a screen shot of my recent calls to them for proof. They messed up and then had the nerve to call me a liar? If your system worked someone wouldn't of had to call the store.Customer Service Fail.
