Well I just got my wrap home! Normally I have no problems today. No Olives, revived ceaser instead of ranch, he didn't put chips in also. So not a good experience today.
On most occasions I would say the representative at the front desk has great customer service. Unfortunately, the poor customer service tonight was a experience that illustrates poor training. I placed a order online. My son picked up the order off the shelf and we drove off. Neither sauce was in the bag for my order. When I drove back up to let the restaurant, I tell the cashier the sauce was not in our bag. The employee that say’s her name is Sal, asked me did I want the sauce, I said of course that’s why i am telling you that it was not in the bag. Sal says to me you could have just said that, I told her no I told you that because I should not have had to drive back up here for this. Sal then proceeded to say “well I didn’t bag them”, my response to her was that she works there and can communicate that information to her coworkers but I am not going to hunt down the person that bagged the food. She obviously doesn’t have respect for her job or Crazy Bowl and wraps, nor does she have understood what customer service is.
Lots of food for your money and it's all very healthy and cooked to order.

Though I would've liked if the they allowed a mix of rice and more veggies, I felt like there was a lot of rice. The jerk flavor was a little on the bland side, but I liked it. I like that they took time to edit their menu on these apps.

Very friendly, clean bathroom. You can tell the employees are giving their all and remaining to be positive and hospitable near the end of their shift. Give them a raise!! The food looks well presented even near the business close time. Thank you so much for allowing me to sit down. The environment isn't too noisy.

Family went, as a group, to this Crazy Bowls for the first time. Really enjoyed the variety and the freshness of the food. Staff was really friendly and did a nice job on recommendations. The only thing that was odd was offered tortilla chips as a side for my teriyaki bowl?? I ended up buying a cheese dip and it was really good. I like this place and will return
I've been going to this location for over 10 years and it has been great, but the last year has been way below average:1. The service is horrible. During slow times of the day, the staff is on their phones and they seem annoyed by the presence of customers.2. The food is not great. We normally order meals that have chicken in them and 75% of the time it's overcooked/rubbery.I made a call to this store six months ago and talked to the manager to let them know about these issues. Nothing has changed.We gave this location one more chance last night and the avocados in our bowl was rotten (shown in picture). So that's it, we won't be back.
