The kombucha here is amazing! That is their specialty. They are no longer doing sit-down food. In addition to many flavors of kombucha, they have to-go fermented cabbage, carrots, and other items. They said they are also getting into apothecary stuff. They don’t have a phone and the online website ordering seems to be broken, so just stop in! Leaving happily with 32 oz of green apple/wakame flavored booch :)
Aside from having absolutely stellar kombucha, this place is run by fantastic people. They'll make you feel so welcome, you'll feel like you're at a friend's house more than a store. They've got a rotation of great flavors and some really unique ones I've never seen before. The savory kombuchas were a real surprise and incredibly delicious. The vegan brie they make is the best I've ever had. I'll certainly be back. Thanks for an awesome visit Will and Lillia!
I was very put off by my visit to Confluence Kombucha. A maskless man eventually opened the door after several rings and ignored us until we ordered. When we got our sampler, he mumbled the names of the kombucha and then went into the back, never to return. When we were ready to pay, we spent several minutes trying to get his attention. However, he never responded and so we left our money on the table. This particular staff member did not seem to be taking any cleanliness/ safety precatutions and definitely seemed like he didn't want to be there. Though the Kombucha was good, it was an uncomfortable experience. We all decided to fill our howlers elsewhere from now on.
Hands down, some of the best kombucha I have ever had! So many unique flavors and the owner is the nicest, most welcoming person! Prices are amazing also ? so glad we decided to stop here!

If you want an interesting, fresh and new food and kombucha experience then this is the place to go. I went on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail that goes into every bite. If you want to expand your palate and truly try fresh and delicious food, this is the place to go. They use unusual ingredients that make for interesting pairings. This is a hidden gem in Saint Louis. I will be back for more! Thank you for a wonderful summer evening.

The coconut yogurt is out of this world. I am. Regular customer where I pick up the coconut yogurt and the amazing nut bread and this trip I got the tacos! Omg they are amazing! Highly recommend this place not to mention the kombucha which is carefully crafted from experts who consciously select the finest ingredients. Thank you William for starting this wonderful St. Louis establishment! A+ to the staff and servers s well!
