It's extremely frustrating to go out of my way and not be able to go inside. You can't eat fried chicken in a vehicle! The same person taking drive thru orders can easily also take a counter order. It's not like I need a worker to stand next to me while I eat at their table.
The employees are some of the nicest around, and the chicken is pretty good. Those dessert biscuits need to go back to the boardroom, tho.
We got the chicken tenders spicy they were very spicy but also very small don’t know if it’s worth the price other that people were very friendly
We drive from Aronld to go to this Chicken Chicken. We have been going to this location for over 30 years. The people that work this store work hard and are very nice. The only thing I wish you could get your order in paper bag. Because it a 25 min drive so your Chicken sweats in the plastic bag.
It's ridiculous too have 4 people in a small store and have doors locked before 4pm when the doordash instructions say too go inside, I order for pick up and my food isn't ready or even being made till I get there. I get people have bad days at jobs but if you're not willing too actually do it don't show up and make things worse for others.
The order taker was very polite.. thank you that is a rarity in saint Louis. I was riding with a friend and she stopped. But didn't get anything cause what she wanted she felt it was too much..
Their chicken is reasonably priced but I wish they would bring back the dine in just a lot of building for just a drive up
Ordered 10 pc. Mixed chicken payed 21 dollars. We received 10 legs and thighs potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw the worst ,sad no biscuits. How do you stay in business.
Employees are nice but this church's is always out of everything, food cold and only the drive-thru is available the lobby is for Employees only now for some odd reason.
I've only been here a handful of times over the past year or so (it used to be a...umm...not pleasant...experience), but the food and the service have been great every time I've gone recently. Big props to the crew and management. The chicken I've gotten is definitely a step or two above what you'd expect from fast food.
