This place has messed up my order twice and this second time my family and I are suffering stomach problems. I will not give them any more money
Asked for spicy chicken, was specifically told they had spicy, but the 8 piece meal I got had zero spicy pieces. The bigger problem was that the chicken was obviously old, dried out and hard, they clearly fried it in used burnt grease. Not even worth the gas money to drive back up there to return it smh I'll drive an extra 3 miles to Lee's or Popeye's before I ever come back to this Church's.
It took me 45 min waiting in line after ordering on phone app, only to be treated rudely by a female manager just for asking a question. I was not given a receipt until Miss Rude asked me for one. Come on people nothing is that good. I wouldn't have waited, but I had paid for my order.
The chicken was dark, due to the grease needing to be changed. I ask for fresh chicken. He stated all the chicken was fresh. Nope it's not! Huge disappointment.
Where do I start! When I visited I ordered 2 sharable size orders of fried okra. Not the most complicated order. When I got home it was one sharable okra and 3 prices of chicken. Not the first time this has happened. When you try to call to alert them if the error the phone stays busy as if it's off the hook. I will never go back. I live in OFallon MO so this was the closest to me still over 30 minutes away.

Staff is Rude, ESPECIALLY the "Mgr". When I tried to order through the drive thru, I was rushed and interrupted. When I asked to speak to Mgr, the Female voice answered Rudely "I am the Mgr!". Because I apparently didn't order Fast Enough for her, she cut me off by saying "Have a Nice Day!" Too late because I wasn't able to order. When I drove around to get Contact Info, there was no Number or Website, so I took a picture. While doing so, I observed an All Black Crew still talking Rudely & Disrespectfully and Staring at me. They will NEVER get My Hard Earned $ again unless I get a Professional Response from District Manager AND and an Apology.

Fed-x driver allowed to enter and order food, everyone else told to use drive thru. The food tasted like yesterday and the guy in front getting it prepared wore his RED DRAWERS with his jeans at his lower hips. The young lady at the window didn't seem to like being employed at all on this day
Service is much better now that they have new workers. More polite and definitely get your food faster with less attitudes.
