I doordashed Chipotle from this location and asked for extra rice on my order like I usually do. This is what I received from them... lol such a joke ?? Not only was my bowl not correct ingredient wise, it was literally 1/3 of a bowl. Why someone thought this was acceptable is absolutely beyond me. Ya'll did me SO dirty.
Ordered online for team lunch, completely wrong orders, missing items, and basically got half the amount of food that should have been in each bowl. Do not recommend this location.
When I first walked in, despite being the only customer in the store, it took almost 5 minutes for me to be acknowledged and served.My brown rice was undercooked and even a little crunchy.My bag of chips was 75% crumbs. My guac was only filled 3/4 of the way full and it also had a chunk of avocado skin in it (at least they use real avocados??).My chicken burrito had three chunks of chicken “grizzle” in it. I can forgive a random one here or there, but three in a single burrito made me stop eating altogether.So disappointing, and now a little turned off to chipotle altogether for a while.
Very good customer service and food perfectly prepared........ Always clean and food on the line is always fresh
Food was Delicious, Hot, and Fresh! All but two tables in the whole place were filthy. They were only taking online orders and most of the orders were not showing up on the employee screen, so they were requesting customers to show their receipt. Without that information, people were being denied their food. I place my order from my mobile phone, in the dining area. I asked the woman if they had received my orders. She told me to look on the screen on the other side of the food line. Upon doing so a different woman, obviously aggravated and with an attitude, asked what I wanted... almost as if I was overlooking her work. I responded by telling her I was just looking at the screen, and nothing was said.
The in-store wait is HORRIBLE. You sit and watch them make orders for online orders. It seems like every 30 online orders they make they'll take one person's order who's waiting in the store line. Whichever restaurant starts to Value customers who actually DROVE to their restaurant and waited in-line, will become valuable in customer's eyes. The staff was nice. I think it was corporate policy (greed) to prioritize online orders over those in store. And the Ice Machine didn't work!
Paid extra money to have my food delivered and it’s the complete wrong meal. The label on the outside is correct but the inside is a completely different meal. I can’t even eat it because it has food I’m allergic to in it
I usually eat at Qdoba and decided to give Chipotle a try. The restaurant was busy. The restaurant had a basic decor. Staff were not friendly. The tortilla and chicken were dried. They had limited choices in sauce and veggies comparing with Qdoba. The guacamole costed extra. I would go with Qdoba instead Chipotle.
Honestly I hesitate to review quick service chains because the experience is usually consistent and you know what you're getting. I love Chipotle, but this location consistently fails to deliver and I'm only reviewing it after several negative experiences.They are always really busy so you can't necessarily blame the employees here but my pickup orders are consistently 30-40 min late. After 45 minutes of waiting tonight the order just never came even after being told my order was being worked on and other orders with estimated completions way after mine were being completed.Go to chipotle, just not this one ?
The whole beginning to end process took roughly 45 minutes. The staff seemed scattered with no real objective in sight. The staff often will just stare at you without assisting you. Or, will prioritize online orders/staff orders over the orders of customers in the store.I'm sure many staff do the best they can, but a majority of them just seem like they have no idea of what is going on, give wrong portion sizes, completely neglect certain items you ordered, and/or huddle in groups and talk the entire time instead of working.Just do yourself a favor and go to a different Chipotle. I've been here four times and the experience is constantly the same.Also, the store is extremely dirty. Like to a different level. Its rather unpleasent.
