My first time going to a Chik fil a. Dined in for lunch. The staff there are extremely courteous and friendly. Was a very enjoyable lunch.
We come to this restaurant after soccer training, it is a little out of our way, but the service and food is worth the inconvenience. We recently started coming to this location, due to the Sunset Hills location changing their hours. We usually get there around 9:20 pm and have had great service each time. The staff is nice and courteous, more importantly they get the order correct.
Unfortunately this is the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. It's 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon, and I'm towing the trailer. The only place I could park was unacceptable to them. Even if we're running in and out for a quick burger.They said I can't park in front of the trash can, why, are they going to get garbage service at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon? No, they just want to be picky, and they didn't want to have the patience to serve me for a couple of minutes while I left the car outside with a trailer. That's not very customer friendly.
Fastest delivery system I have ever seen. All the workers there are polite and welcoming, of all the times I've been there there hasn't been a single time I have encountered an employee who is less than enthusiastic about their job. Their drive-thru system makes fast work of any lines, it is seriously better than anything they do out in the County. Excellent food, service, and time management.
I called to see if there were nuts on a salad. I spoke with a very nice young man who told me there were almonds in a packet on the side. A few minutes later he Called Me Back! to tell me he forgot about the walnuts in the granola on the side. I have a walnut allergy so it means so much to me that he made sure I got the correct information.I always have great service at this location but this takes the cake!
What you would expect from Chick-fil-A. Good service and food. I am usually underwhelmed by CFAs food, but I honestly had the best spicy chicken deluxe ever at this one.I did take away a star because the water they serve here just doesn't taste right. Really odd because STL has great tasting water... Maybe it goes sour when they are not open on Sunday...Apr 2022 update: they still put way too much ice in their drinks...
I'm from Houston and came to St. Louis for 1 night. Love me some CFA so had to get some lunch. Cassidy gave great customer service with a smile & was very pleasant. She got help to open the patio umbrella for me. I also asked her what St. Louis is known for "food wise" & got great restaurant recommendations. I've been to many CFA locations in different states and I'm never been disappointed. Been a raving fan since 1988 when I had my first CFA sandwich in the 8th grade in Paducah, KY.
This place used to be a go to fast good place for My family. However, we ask for well done spicy chicken sandwiches and they no longer do that. I will no longer eat there because there have been multiple times I receive undercooked chicken sandwiches and that’s the reason I request well done. But if I can’t get my food how I want it, I will take my business somewhere else that gives me the option to request my food to be cooked thoroughly. Everyone does not eat soft soggy food
I'm gluten-free, so there is an option for that. AlsI, the young people that took my order through the delivery offered outstanding service with, not only a smile, but with nice manners, too.
Staff did not greet me. Doordash food left on a metal cart, just sitting, getting cold.I thanked the staff as I walked out, they did not reply, just looked at me like I was interrupting them. Meanwhile, I have to deliver this cold order to our mutual customer, which makes me look bad even though I raced to restaurant and to customer without stopping as always.
