Outstanding food from a great chef and team! I’m so happy to see Ali at the Foundry. Once people have “found” Chez Ali, they’ll be back! Great to see his success!
I got jerk chicken with rice and cabbage, it was so good I was very surprised everything was so delicious. This dish was spicy but if you are nota fan of spicy things, make sure you don’t get the jerk sauce on the rice.
Immaculately seasoned food. You should definitely stop by if you’re in the area.

Oh man this was delicious, tasted like home-cooked food made with love. I got the chicken curry and can’t wait to go back to try all the menu items. Came with red beans and rice and a cabbage side. Incredible flavor, good portions, kind & friendly staff. Two thumbs up.

Food is always good, the workers are always nice. Taste of the food is consistent each time I visit. I’ve even brought a friend to come enjoy and she likes it too. On this visit I got the chicken curry plate with rice and beans, cabbage, and added 2 beef samosas. Only suggestion id like to make is if you could maybe do a special menu item at-least once a month so we can experience other things.
