From my daughters beautiful First Communion cake to her birthday party cake she designed herself and they made come to life and even the birthday treat they surprised her with on her actual birthday and the weekly treat runs ‘just because’ in between… Cake House has hands down not only the most delicious cake but has the most amazing experience each and every time! If I could give them 100 stars I would.
Their cakes always amazes me, from the design to the flavor! I highly recommend their grazing boxes, from brownies, to cupcakes, to cake pops, to cookies, and so much more! Absolutely delicious and so pretty! Hands down my favorite bakery I’ve ever been to!
Love Lyndsay and her team! Ordered a cake and cake pops for my daughter’s second birthday and everyone loved them! Gave them a general idea of theme and colors and was super impressed and pleased with design and taste! Everyone is so friendly and outgoing when we stop in for our sweets!
Cake house is absolutely incredible. The owner is by far the nicest person I have ever met and blew me away with our cake. If you need a cake or any sweet treat I recommend stopping by!
I was so excited about the cake I had ordered for my daughter's first birthday party. I have been so incredibly busy with going back to work and being a new mom, and as so many other working moms know, that can be such a lonely place to be where you constantly question whether you're doing well enough and if you're doing right by your child. Anyway, ordered the cake, knew I needed to make a deposit, so I called the next business day. The bakery was closed that day and I completely dropped the ball on calling again to make my $50 deposit. Absolutely my fault. That said, no one ever called me to get that payment. When I called two days prior to the party to pay in full for my order, I was told they canceled the order because I hadn't made the deposit. Rather than being met with empathy and an understanding that this heartbreak could have been prevented by BOTH sides - me by remembering to call them again AND them by calling me once that deadline was approaching to see if I wanted to make a payment - I was made to feel like my business wasn't even worth their time because they're so busy with other orders. Talk about feeling like a number on a page. I get they're busy, glad they aren't suffering like so many other businesses in the service industry, but it's not the service I would expect from a business that genuinely cares about people. The people were nice on the phone but this whole situation was incredibly disappointing and, again, could have been avoided by both parties involved.
