This place is a rip off &their rude to their guests &they don't care about their guests feelings or opinions or feedback &when you come here &buy their food &their fountain sodas they dont give you free refills &they want to charge you full price if you want a refill &they dont even do one free refill &their blaming it on covid &their also blaming it on everything is going up when they buy the soda fountain bags for $15dollars a bag &then they sell the fountain sodas the large size fountain soda for $3.49&they have a bad attitude here &the food is old &dry¬ fresh.I will never eat here &I was trying to ask Tom the manager or the owner questions &he threaten he would call security on me if i didn't leave or if i wanted him too &I didn't want any problems or trouble with him all I simply wanted to do was just ask questions cause I was curious to know.I will never come back here ever again. They lie &the food is not cajun it not even close to cajun food it's more like a Asian place or Asian food &this place is a DUMP!!I have the right to ask questions!!
Cooks their rice fully and taste better than panda In My Opinion
The food we enjoyed on our Mall Adventure was fresh and delicious!! The price is amazingly affordable and the staff is very respectful and professional. I felt at "home" eating their Bourbon & Hot Braised Chicken ? The rice was great! The Lo Mein was AMAZING!! THEY EARNED ALL 5 Stars ?
I didn't notice any cajun food here, but people say there is Jambalaya. I'll take their word for it. This place is really just a rebranded Mandarin Express. Same food, same flavors similar prices to Mandarin Express at the Riverwalk Mall in New Orleans. However, at every Mandarin Express I've been to, you get twice the meat I got here. The food tasted good, was pretty expensive, and the Rangoons were fantastic. I was just disappointed that I stood in line and it was not Cajun food in spite of the name.
The only thing good was the hot braised chicken. The white rice was just American instant rice and not even good. The noodles were over cooked and under cooked at the same time. No money back I got sick from the noodles. I will not go back there.

First of all, Food is great, I'd recommend them for food, customer service, the lady was rude to me and my significant other, over charged me for a egg roll I cannot have since I am a vegetarian... and didn't give my significant other enough chicken and charged him 2.50 extra... food is great though small portions for the price nahhh!
Bourbon Chicken and rice and vegetables were great.
I got the Bourbon chicken. It has great flavor but the chicken is overcooked and taste like it was from yesterday.
