We used to come here all the time as we live very close to this location, but now we gladly travel 15 minutes to the Kirkwood location. South County hasn't been able to keep a staff since COVID, the wait times are terrible, and they are consistently out of certain menu items. I used to blame the staffing issue on COVID, but with them not having a full menu, and other restaurant locations doing just fine I have to believe the management of this location sucks! We'll never come back to this location, over the past 2 years they've let us down the few times we took the gamble to give them another try.
Even with a staffing issue they still bring on great service with a smile, and a warm welcome. Food is hot very delish, I can never tear away from the street tacos. Always will be coming back.
Great drinks and great service. Some of the food was a little lack luster from years past. The boneless chicken wings now resemble the scruffy ones you get in a big bag at Sam's Club. Definitely not worth full price. But they do have lots of special priced ones during the week. It's much better to go then vs on the weekend. They still have those awesome sauces too!
quite honestly, service was horrid. it took over an hour to get out basic wings, and we had to remind the server for napkins, silverware and our drinks! We had to ask for boxes and get our own bag as well. as he brought out wrong sauce for girlfriend's son after he specifically asked for a particular style. Girlfriend wanted to go, in future I will say no to b-dubbs :(
I understand the staffing issues, which is why we were not upset that it took almost an hour to get our food. However that should not be an excuse for cold wings, and cold macaroni. And for some reason the macaroni was served in a cup!? It smelled like vomit and was cold like it was never warm. Very unsure why it was in a tiny cup less than half full, was very unappealing to the eye also.
My first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. I was not impressed. Edible but not yummy. Wings over fried and hard instead of crunchy. I thought sauce flavor too strong and overpowered the chicken. The waitress was pleasant and quick. All in all I will not go back.

They can never cook the food the way you want it my wings were real soft instead of cooked crispy but the service was good
seat more than 4 people...your restaurant refused my family service because there are 6 of us 2 adults and 4 children...horrible second time in 3 months this has happened. Get your act together. The only notification is a sign on the door... nothing online i have found... Buffalo wild wings "fun for the whole family if you have 4 people in your family... otherwise hit the bricks"
